Bicep Spot Injection

wondering if anyone has any luck with bicep injections for growth
my bi's seem to be lacking sie compared to other parts
they are 16" flexed but want to know if anyone has any sucess on injecting T in there Bi
right now injecting 500mg/week sustanon 250
so was gonna try bi's maybe, one side at 125mg and other side the same
 
Ouch.. Sustanon (sust) in the bi's sounds painful to me... Keep injecting your test as normal and ajd focus on your arm workouts.. What are you current bi workouts you are doing and with what split?

I have interest in this topic and/or suggestions. My arms are stuck at 15.25 inches flexed (nice bicep peak and tricep heads though). I haven't been able to grow them since my first year. I'm 6'4" and seem to have poor genetics for massive arms. Lately I've been using the "less is more approach" and hitting bi's with back and tri's with chest for 3-6 sets a week total. Bi's 8-12 reps. Tri's 6-8 reps with a finisher/burn set.

P.S. Don't mean to hijack your thread, just in a similar boat :P
 
I hate Bicep injects. I actually dont like needles believe it or not. Kinda forced to do it though in this game.
Ive never shot gear in the Bi's though.
Way back in the day (about 13 years ago) I did a lot of experimenting and tired synthol a few times to see how it was. I think it was like 18 gauge pin. I just remember a couple times sitting there with this thing in my arm thinking why am I doing this to myself.
I'll never stick a needle in my bicep again. Just way to much of a mind FK for me. hated every second of it.
 
Don't do spot injections bro. Just stick to your delts, keep training and I recommend instead of trying to do bi's on back day and tri's on chest day (if you're really training your chest and back hard there's no way you should have energy to do bis n tris). Have a dedicated arm day where u only focus on bis tris and forearms. Doing this, and then taking only 30 second rests in between sets I have found helps big time with arm growth.

I can't put as much weight up with bi's and tri's as I can fresh, that's for sure! However, my structure right now is as follows:
Chest & Tri's/Back & Bi's/Off/Legs/Shoulders/Off/Off - rinse and repeat.

When on gear, I have it structured as follows:
Back & Bi's/Quads aka. Squat day/Chest/Off/Hamstrings aka. Deadlift day/Shoulders and Tri's/Off.
Tri's should be a bit fresher on shoulder day, and for overall growth I felt Squats and Deads would be more beneficial than a pure arm day.

Normally I can't recover from two leg days a week without using a staggered 8 day split, but I feel the gear will help with that (especially if I split Quads & Hams). My arms (mostly my Bi's) do not recover well from 30s rests and I would have to drop the weight 5-10lbs as sets progress to be able to hit my desired rep range vs. a 60-90s rest.

Thoughts on how I could rearrange my structure? My arms lag the most, followed by lats (thick, but not a great "V" taper).
 
No need to do spot injections for growth bro..doesnt work. However, depending on how many injections your doing per week should be the factor of how many spots that you have open to inject. There are many better choices to inject. In order from favorite to least fav. Chest, glutes, delts, quads, bis

Theres lots of info on here about spot injections so read up and make a choice for yourself.
 
I dont think spot inj in the biecept will help with growth at all , it doesnt matter where you pin Your diet and training is what matters !!! I've always done chest & bi's , off , legs & shoulders , off , back and tri's , off , off ....... This lets me do more weight with both bi's and tri's because there not worn out from helping with the other lifts ! It works for me but everyone is different , just keep trying different things and find out what works best for you ......... Good luck bro

test isn't localized, injecting in your biceps won't help with bicep size at all. it will just hurt like a bitch. stick to your glutes, delts, quads, ventro glutes. i tried chest one time, fuck that shit. didn't even get the needle in.

Tri Pulldown- V-Bar
Reverse Tri pulldowns
One arm DB overhead extentions
Machine Tri Pushdowns- 200lbs for 10 reps

Bi's ( all 3 sets at 10-12 reps)

Preacher Curls ( Curling max 105lbs for 5-6 reps)
DB Curls
Hammer Curls
Cable Curls with bar

You might wanna try
Mon-chest
Tues-back
Wed-legs
Thurs-shoulders
Fri-arms

This way you're not doing tris the day after you worked chest while your muscle fibers are still healing. Even on gear, 48 hours to let your muscle fibers heal will do wonders. Just a suggestion based on what's really helped me.
 
I have 20.5 inch arms once they are flexed/they were 19.5 before cycle, this is all because I was a moron. I have been training for 7 years but for the first year, I swear to god, I went 5 times a week and 4 out of 5 times I would do biceps and triceps.... Hell I even remember having weights at home and while waiting for my video games to load I would do isolated curls....It worked, but now I am very unbalanced, I have these huge arms but the rest of me is so/so.

What worked for me for biceps is to lift very heavy at small repetitions. For example: I hammercurl 90lbs but I do it 6 times max.
With triceps I found that if I do higher repetitions they tend to grow. It's all about trial and error as we are all different, but one thing I know for sure is that you need to isolate the muscle you are working on constantly, so if that means putting on less weight but feeling it more, that's what I would do.

Proof: I got used to lifting heavy with my shoulders, once I started doing more isolated reps with lighter weight, my shoulders blew up.
 
you cant just inject test in a muscle and expect that muscle to grow. if that was possible then i would have a bigger ass than j-lo. but of course you have done your research before doing AAS and you should know that...
 
I wouldn't do spot injections. Maybe consider trying some igf-1 des and mgf for that. For AAS I rotate injection sites with delts, traps, and lats. Those are my favorite spots.
