Test E pain and knot after injection

I have some Test E that i am running with my cycle. I did a shot in each shoulder and then in each butt cheek(2 weeks total) with no issues. then when i went back to my left shoulder about 10 hours after injection had a huge red knot and it was painful for days. took some antibiotics as a precaution and then went to other shoulder 3 days later with same results. big red painful knot. thenm went to butt cheek with same big red painful knot. This did NOT happen the first 4 shots with the exact same vial, just the last 3. anyone had this issue? The Test E is real and really powerful. im not new to aas. i still have a red painful spot about the size of a baseball between my right shoulder and covering my right bicep. I worked out biceps hard the same day i injected my right shoulder and im assuming the combination of whatever the oil did mixed with the hard workout did some inflamation? any help or advice is good. no health insurance so id rather avoid dr. thx amigos

look at the liquid.. does it look like it might have broken down at all???

did you leave it in higher heat??

what gauge needle are you using? is it the same gauge as the first week?

1 inch 25 gauge. same as before. no heat. in my medicine cabinet. liquid looks normal.

this was my first shots of my newest cycle. i had been off for about 5 months. 4 shots with no problems and now last 3 with painful knots.

Gotta ask, are you re using syringes or needles at all? Have you checked the rubber top of vial for breakdown?

maybe to much BA and it settled or something

never reused syringe or needle. top of vial appears normal

Was weird cause first day was no pain, then at about 48hrs pain, knot appeared. Not as big as yours though.
Pain would away after about 3-4 days later, but area still felt strange.
Got to be the carrier that my body does not like because not infected and gear seamed to be working.
