Hey everyone,
I am noticing my bicep is getting bigger and bigger however I am noticing that it's the upper portion of the bicep that is getting peaked and bigger but not the lower end. Are there any specific or particular exercises that would aid in getting that particular area larger? I included a picture so you guys can have an idea of what area of the bicep I am talking about.
