Biceps?

my left bicep lags about 1/2" from my right - seriously!!

i think jen is right on about the free weights - that way you'll force the left to work on its own, instead of the right taking over on a bar or cable exercise.

I am training a girl with the same problem. SHe is gaining on everything but the bis. I tried all the usual techniques, still no gains. What did finally work is take the last set of each bi exercise , cut the weight in 1/2 and rep out. The bi is a small muscle and may not respond to heavy weight. Your bis may also be used to beating on them with heavy weight, so something different can help. Her's responded to pumping some blood into them with 25+ reps.

Thank you very much. I guess we all tend ro get a little caught uo in how much weight is in the bar. I appreciate the input.
