another post reminded me of this
whenever i work my biceps
reverse preacher curls, ez bar curls and dumbell curls
i can onyl feel it in my forearms, whenever i work out triceps, delts, ect i can feel the muslce burning, but biceps i can't feel a thing, i have tried slowing it down and changing form, is it becuase my forearms are weak or what?
 
Loosen up your grip. You're probably holding the bar/dumbbell too tightly. Just use your hands as "hooks" and you won't feel it in your forearms as much.
 
hey thanks bro, thats awesome, i did biceps again today, and they were really burning, just taking all the pressure off the hands
 
What i do for my biceps are first, i do standing alt curls to fatigue the muscle and get a pump when im fresh off and ready to tear shit up. Then i go over to the preacher bench and pound out 3-5 sets of cambered bar curls, then do seated DB hammer curls....
This is what Doctor dan reccomends for skin ripping biceps!
