BIG TOPIC STRESS/depression/anger/etc

Ok so I've had this problems in some of my cycles that I get stressed out over NOTHING problems. It always seems to come out every now and then and I guess i just cant figure out a way to cope with it?

Whats some suggestions?

I actually just started using Gama and animal pak and I'm feeling alot better but I sometimes get these days where the hunger just goes to shit and totally makes me more angry/down/idk haha.
 
its almost like my mindset is in a down mood but it comes and goes throughout the day, i just dont get it?

are those prohormones??? man its all in your head...you just need to realize where its stemming from and then you can control it...like today I wanted to break my phone for going so slow but then I was like...its just in my head, breathe lol Test gives me an awsome sense of well being in life...my wife could cheat on me and Id be like guess I deserve that and move on ha

haha none taken....man most of my buddies come straight out and tell me they want to fuck her...its a compliment in my eyes...better than the alternative...but I dont want her lookin all manly from the test!! how bout you pitch in on some breast implants and you can have her twice a week haha
 
If you have those feelings on cycle maybe that isnt the right cycle of you. I am interested in seeing what exactly you are taking. Have you ever been prescribed an anti depressant?
 
It's from excessive adrenaline most likely with simultaneous depletion of serotonin and other neurotransmitters from working out heavy as well. Taking something like St. John's wort will help. It largely depends on the integrity of your existing neurotransmitter levels...that is the degree to which you will be easily stressed. Normal people get this way from low testosterone and excessive dopamine-adrenaline conversion too and a serotonin shortage.

Figure out what your triggers and stressors are and set up strategies to combat them.

Your comment is kind of vague.. Is this personal or work related? When do you get these feelings?

We all have had these feelings at sometime, just a matter of expressing them in an appropriate manner.

lol, easier said then done sometimes.
 
I'm cycling 750mg test E and 400mg Deca weekly. On week 7.

I have tried antidepressants before they did seem to help a lil, but it is mental really, idk my mindset gets off track atleast twice per year and i lose some good weight I woulda liked to keep.

This sounds interesting, I know a guy who owns a business in town who presribes herbs such as these.
 
On test e 600mg/wk and tren e 400mg/wk. Normally I'm slightly more irritatible when I run this but nothing I can't handle and nothing anyone has ever noticed behavior wise. This run has been a little different. Just bought a new house, found out I've been cheated on by a now ex gf and got promoted at work which came with a boat load of new responsibility. Last few weeks friends have been telling me I've been acting more irritable and at times a complete jerk which is a complete 180 from my usual happy go lucky self. To be honest I'm not sure if it's the cycle or outside factors but lately I've found myself having to count to 10 (more like 100) more times than usual. I guess the moral of the story is make sure your life is relatively stable before you go on. Obviously no ones life is completely stress free but having your life in order before you do your run will do wonders for your mental state...and those around you.
