Black particles in Trenaplex vial's

Hello, well first off I ordered 5 Trenaplex vial's I received them on the 19th and I started examining the bottles because of some stories I heard about vial's having foreign particles floating in them. Well I started looking at them and what do you know 2 out of 5 vials had small black particles in them one of the 2 had a black particle stuck to the bottom of the vial the other had a particle floating freely. I contacted A/X and they said they couldn't see anything in my pics. What should I do?
BTW I was using my Iphone cam.

Sorry bro, sounds like you got fucked. Maybe try sending them pics with a better camera? I got super underdosed test by them awile back....

I got screwed over indeed, hopefully I can get my hands on a better camera.

you could get some syringe filters and sterile vials and filter it

yes, don't know what you have there, but it appears it should be refiltered. most cameras are like 12 megapixels these days...you can see the tiniest thing. should re-email your pic. I've been dealing with customers for other types of products for years, and I'd say they would probably want to just address your issue than have that pic posted online. yuk.

i got same with one decaplex some years ago.

i trashed it. i think is more having with the quality of oil during proced of brewing stuffs...

they said you can filter it.

i would prefer to let, or trash it, and find some other labs.
