blah injection, help?

I injected into my right delt using my left hand obviously haha, it's my wrong hand so harder to inject, i put it in and as i try ti aspirate i pull half the needle out put it back in, aspirate bubbles so i inject, as i inject it keeps sliding in and out, so i get it steady inject, it comes in and out (probably like 1 cm out and back in) and keep injecting, afterwords the bubble i aspirate got injected into me, LMAO, I actually heard it come out of the syringe into my shoulder, than i left it in because I didn't want to waste gear, for about 30 secs took it out, no gear came out, you think everythings all good?

Should be good. Nothing wrong with injecting air into a muscle, I believe.

What i do is, i only use 1.5" needles for all my spots. For spotsyhat require less then 1.5" of penetration, i take the needle cap and cut the tip of it so only the desired lenght of needle is exposed with it installed back in the syrenge.

So for delts i cut the cap so only 1" of needle is exposed when the cap is on. This acts as a stopper and eliminates that in and out motion wih can cause irritation on the site. And best of all, you only need to buy one size of needles.
