blast and cruise

I'm absolutely new to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). And I have just begun researching the protocols.

I like to ask can you blast as many times as you like in a twelve month period with cruise periods in-between? Is this how it works? Or can you only blast once and cruise once within twelve months?

For example, in a given year, I would like to blast for 20 weeks, cruise for 6 weeks, and then repeat. Is this possible, meaning there wouldn't be any adverse health effects?

What you are describing is not HRT.

The question is how much can he cheat and still get away with it.

I think you got the blast and cruise times reversed. You need to cruise for a longer period and blast for shorter times.

You are right. I guess it is just semantics. My thought was that if someone spends 40 out of 52 weeks with supraphysiological levels of testosterone, they never really hit a "cruise" phase. That is more like just bridging cycles.

you wanna run time on = time off...

blast for 10 weeks cruise for 10 weeks.. thats what i would do..

remember that there is down regulation of beta receptors.. there isn't much of a point in blasting for 20 weeks straight when u stop making gains after week 15..

IMO, blast and cruise is not TRT. Doctor prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doesn't allow for this. If you mentioned blast and cruise to Chip I'm fairly sure he would try and choke you through the phone
