I cruise usually 200-300mg a week, time for a blast.

500mg omnadren wk
100mg tren ace eod
100mg var ed
Slin 10iu pre workout(thinking of upping it to 15, cause ten feels weak sauce, I kind of look forward to the low blood sugar symptoms).

I plan on putting on 20lbs solid in 8 weeks, which can be done.

So this is me right now, I'm trying to add more mass on pecs and legs for this blast. Oh and I'm using IIFYM, so I eat whatever. And for those who say insulin makes you fat, it does not. Caloric intake is what causes weight gain not slin use. Just my 2iu.

Deadlifts:
Warm up 225 for 20
315 for 10
405 for 6
455 for 6
365 for 10

Front Squats:
225 5x12

Calve raises 5x20

Tomorrow is chest day:

Incline 5x5
Flat 5x5
Weighted Dips 3x5

Simple enough.

So far 4700 calories today

What kinds of foods do you personally eat, I saw IIFYM. I am just curious to be honest, because you a guys with some size and I like to see what other bros do, what does a typical day look like for you? Do you eat cheats on the reg. I know its become a big thing now to be so particular with macro's (I personally don't do that). Do you take more of n old school approach and just EAT??

Yeah I eat whatever and just track calories. It works I have photos of people I has trained that have simply just decreased the amount of good intake without diet change. This is how I have built my body as well as my friends. So I'm a firm believer.

Ya I do the exact same, I wont ever do anything else, It works, and tried and true. You wanna get big eat big!!

My problem is I have a small
Stomach so it's hard for me to consume large quantities of food, but when I do I feel so huge when my stomach is packed with food, I feel my shirts get tighter, kinda like I grow while I

Ya i cant eat massive meals either but i basically eat all day long, every 1.5-2 hrs im eating, sometimes littler meals im between those. Were you blessed with a fast metabolism as well?
 
I wanna try slin so bad. I'm tempted to throw it on top of some igf1 and watch what happens. I'm definitely gonna watch this one close and ask a few ? Along the way.

To be honest I probably shouldn't be advocating this but, insulin is not as "dangerous" as the world makes it out to be. For one, it would definitely take a complete dumbass to die form insulin, your body gives you signs, it makes you hungry so... GO EAT! Your not gonna die in a flash, some of these posts I read about insulin make me laugh, such as "insulin makes you fat", no, insulin makes you hungry which in turn can make you fat lol. Insulin doesn't make something from nothing lol. If I ate 2000 calories in just fat and did insulin I would look like an Ethiopian. It's relatively safe, CAN YOU DIE? Sure, but you would have to be a fool. You can also die from crossing the street if you don't look both ways.. Just know the peak times and your golden, and for those who also say insulin is useless without hgh, that's a complete bullshit statement lol. So if you want to, slin up, just ALWAYS be full
Of food or carry food on you. I always carry a 12 pack coke and some zebra cakes. Never fails lol.

P.S- insulin cannot turn you diabetic, no studies prove this and it's never been documented.

diabetes type 1- is a auto-immune disease so cross that off the list
Type 2- stems usually from weight gain, MUSCLE OR FAT. Yea most pros are diabetic from the heavy amount of weight they carry all day,
Plus massive amounts of food weight. Slin is not the cause of diabetes 1 or 2. Your pancreas simply gets a rest and once your body realizes that there is no more of the peptide present, it kicks it's own system back online immediAtely.

currently currently the same, lean mass, running test and deca this round :)
