I'm on a lean bulk and I'm eating lots and lots of lean meats and I'm super blocked up and constipated... My turds feel like they're gonna split me in half... Does anyone know and supplements or foods that will free me up so I can take regular and normal pooperinos?

Thanks

Lol pooperinos??? Make sure your eating micros and take pro-biopics, fiber, and a laxative like castor oil will also help

Bran. Seriously. Bran. In your cereal aisle at the grocery store.

I use Kellogg's All-Bran Buds. It's a little pricey (compared to your cheap sugar cereal) but it does it's job VERY good. Keeps me regular without too regular/loose (no diarhea or mess).

I have 60grams a day which works out to around 165 calories and 22grams of FIBRE. I can drop a deuce no problem even when I'm at 200g protein/day.

No other source is as good in my view. You can get fiber cereal bars, but they suck... they have like 4g fiber in a 140 calorie bar. In other words you have to eat like 5 of them and they seem less effective to me.

This is what the box looks like http://www.kelloggs.com/content/dam/common/products/KelloggsAllBranBranBudscereal_513.jpg

Make sure you get Kellogg's Bran Buds. I've tried All Bran (http://www.kelloggs.ca/content/dam/common/products/AllBranOriginalcereal_18.jpg) and its dry as fuck. The buds are 10x easier to eat. All Bran might be cheaper, but it's not nearly as good.

Taco Bell. 3 bean burritos, 3 burrito supremes, 3 hot sauces on each. Who needs a colon cleanse?

Seriously though, go grab some Metamucil, and have 2 scoops twice a day. And tons of water!

Before bed, take a couple of protein scooper sized scoops of psyllium husk and mix them in a few hundred mls of water. Shake it up and drink it FAST or else it will set like jelly. I do this most nights. You'll have a glorious shit the next morning it will clear you out nicely. It's never failed me. If you're in real trouble you can have a cup of chinese slim tea as well. You can get it in most health food stores.
