just watched it and let me tell you he is a monster.
He trains 2 on 1 off 2 on typical 4 day split then repeats.
He trains legs by itself and does god knows how many plates. And trains sldl's for prosterior.
Then on back day he uses the nautlilous pullover machine with a palms up grip. (interesting movement)
and then he does hyperextensions with a bar on his neck, good to know he trains core twice a week
He states the he trains 1 all out set per exercise after warmups.
Add this to my collection of ronnie's 2 videos and cutlers video and of course pumping iron
All in all a great video and he is def a house.
