been feeling headaches 3 days in a row...
one came on during exercise. ...
as well noticing some small anxiety and insomnia...
Probably from the slightly elevated e2?
HCT could be higher now as these tests are 3 weeks ago.
Lowered my dose to 50 mg E3D instead of the 60 mg E3D. ..
Some improvement in going to bed earlier. ...

I see your ferritin is still fairly low. Have you done any supplementing with iron? How long, how much per day and did it make any difference?

Looks pretty good to me besides the low ferritin.

As usual, I'm going to suggest a sensitive E2 test just to see where your value actually sits, but it looks like you probably aren't too far off from your sweet spot.

It'll probably come down a bit with your protocol change anyway, so it doesn't look like anything to be too concerned about at this point.

So you're feeling pretty good?

Feeling alright....insomnia was a bit much going to sleep at 4-5 am was killing me...
tad panicky while on highway (never had this before)
Some headaches last 3 days in a row...
bp 130/80
Lowered dose to 50 mg E3D. ...
Will lean down on that dose and make adjustments.
Weight went up from 253 lbs in oct to 278 lbs
its water retention mostly maybe 1 lb of muscle increase no big gains...

Stopped supplementation for 6 months now. Have not donated blood since March 2014.
TRT causes that in me...my ferritin stores break down as my RBC and HCT climb...

TRT helped my thyroid some guys.
I was low end normal in Free T3 and Free T4 pre TRT in oct.

No sensitive E2 test available in Canada.

Put the fork down and toss the cheetos in the garbage. That is more that just water -- sounds like a lot of fat given that your E2 looks fine.

No cheetos here Mega. Just been eating more carbs and stopped my fasted cardio in the a.m. following some events of hypoglycemia, low T, maybe high cortisol. ..
don't know for sure.
workout regularly.

mega makes a great point.. 253 to 278 is not just water.. esp with your e2 levels where they are..

might want to look into your diet brother..

email me, ill take care of you

Hey there Apollon :-)
What's with this? "stopped my fasted cardio in the a.m. following some events of hypoglycemia" I sometimes think you're trying to kill yourself buddy. :-)

(1) What drug are you taking to cause hypoglycemia? Metformin? Insulin? I did not think you were a diabetic, but I have a real shitty memory.
(2) did you test for hypoglycemia with a meter? (what was your number if so?)
(3) Or did you just have the symptoms of low blood sugar?

BTW You should be feeling like a million bucks at 951 TT
"

Symptoms of low blood sugar (3).
I'm not a doctor but coming off replacement (from a stupid GP) misleading me. Weird stuff would happen. Shaky, panicky if working out too hard, palpitations at rest at home, cokd sweats etc...
my thyroid hormones were lower too...Worked out so hard one weekend for tryouts not on HRT and everything went haywire in my system....
nevet saw my health again after that day. Going to hospital with what docs diagnose as "panic"....
Was some messed up times I choose to forget about cause irs better.

I understand. And I'm not a Doctor either, but for God's sake stay on the TRT this time. :-) Keep control of the E2. Take care of yourself. (ei-cut out the fasting cardio). And follow the doctors directions regarding the possible panic attacks. Panic attacks are worse than low T or high E2 in my humble opinion.

Yup.
had low T before but this time it hit me differently. Last time I was on Adex mono. Never felt this.
I continued to work out and probably put too much strain on myself? ? Dont know.
