Blood Levels

Just wanted to get some opinions on my blood test results. This is 16 days after start of cycle.

Testosterone, Serum >1500 Ref range 348 - 1197
Free Testosterone 46.2 Ref range 6.8 - 21.5

Progesterone 0.9 Ref Range 0.2 - 1.4

Estrogens, Total 190 Ref Range 40 - 115

I am Mostly concerned with the high Estrogen Level. Is this a normal to have high Level like this?

I am using 250 MG of test and 75 MG of Deca every 3 to 4 days.

Thanks

why run deca so low, 150 a week ? and for how long, if your test was 250 a week id think you where doing TRT and Deca for joint pain . do you expect Deca type results at 150 a week ?

AI :) .......

I guess what I am looking for is how high is this considered? Yes of course it is above normal range but we all here are not looking for normal ranges :)

My PCP of course says stop what you are doing right away because of the High test levels mainly, but this is coming from a PCP that is not well educated in Steroid use.

I also should mention that I am not experiencing any signs of Gyno or anything else bad in that matter. The only real side effect from anything that I have noticed is very oily skin maybe the night after I pin in the morning and the next day.

My chest actually feels and looks like it is tightening up very well, the little fat a had around nipples and chest it self are going away.

From what I read when gyno starts you can feel / see it right away.

I am planning to have another blood check at the end of this month to see where I am at.

Can anyone share there Test levels (Serum and Free) also if anyone has has there estrogen levels checked please share them also.

Thanks

These are the dosages that where recommended by trainer for 1st cycle.

the test at 250 twice a week is a standard recommendation, but Deca is never a first time addition and if you do run it 300 is where id start. you want some bulk from it, at 150 you're not even into the definition of "athletic enhancement" you're still in therapeutic levels

You don't seem to be worried so I'll add - Gyno isn't your only worry if your estrogen levels are high and continue to climb. With that comes high blood pressure and any other host of medical issues. As you put it "we all here aren't looking for normal ranges." You are slightly mistaken in what "we" want to be out of the normal range and what we want to be in it or at least very close to it.

And keep in mind you are likely to lose all those water related gains (to include weight and strength) when you stop your cycle and start post cycle therapy (pct) as you didn't run your A.I.

Kaname,

Thanks for the input. As for other issues. Sorry if I miss represented my statement " Normal" i was referring to the Reference ranges on blood test results "Normal". The reference ranges on the blood test results are based on no added hormones based on your average person. I guess what I am looking for is what peoples levels are doing what we are doing. I am assuming that no one would be within the reference range that is using "Test".

The problem is that your test has ALL estrogens which includes E1, E2, and E3. While E1 and E3 are important as they too can become estradiol (E2) it's the E2 we typically worry about as it carries the most side effects in men. Does your test have a breakdown by chance? Most men tend to want to be in the 20-30pg/mL range for E2, but I don't remember what the other "optimal" ranges for E1/E3 are.

This is why we need to use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) as our test converts to estradiol to be within the reference range (towards the middle). Kaname has the rest covered as far as why we want to be in this range. (BP/emotional instability/PSA elevation/acne/etc.)

So far all my other stats are spot on BP/PSA/Pulse/ETC. had my yearly Physical and Doctor said I was in perfect health other than my high test levels :)

When you say does you test have a breakdown are you referring to the blood test? It just has Serum and Free Test, which a noted in original post.

No not currently running an AI.

wow... and u wonder why?

never start a cycle without being prepared... running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from start to finish is important to keep the sides away. Now u've started a fire when it could have been prevented from the get go ;)

Yes, total estrogens broken down into each type of estrogen. Some labs do this, some don't which means you'd need an E2 test, not total estrogens test. Keep in mind that just because your doc says you're in perfect health doesn't mean you're not headed in a bad direction. Most GP/PCP's don't even know that E2 being elevated can cause problems for us.

You're going to be hard pressed to find someone else with a total estrogen count as most of us here only get an E2 test. My last test while on blast was >1500ng/dL Total Test, 38pg/mL Estradiol serum if that helps. :p (Cruise is 900-1200ng/dL TT and 20-32pg/mL E2)

Why Do you say started a fire?

I know many who do not use Aromatase inhibitor (AI) while on cycle with no problems?

I have no sides other than very Oily skin.

I just specifically asked Doctor to do estrogen test which 90% of the time no one has that done.
