Well I went to get my BP checked today it read at 173/74. I was told the top number is well in the hypertension neighborhood, but the bottom number is still ok........What should I do..I have heard of OTC blood pressure meds such as BP balance by Super vits, whats the deal with these?....Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks bros.........:( :( :(

age 27, 211lbs, current cycle:
*400 mg's cypionate/100mg proprionate (every three days).
*winny 25mg's ( every day)
*Nolvadex 20mg (every day)
I was hoping on throwing in some d-bol soon but with th bp thing I dont think so........

Height
BF%

BF doesnt have to be EXACT, a few points off is ok.. Just want to see if you are a little chubby and if the extra weight is contributing.. I was around 250 and mine was 170/101.. I dropped 20 lbs and it went back to 150/55... That was ON a d-bol/ Deca/ Prop Cycle too...

damn you' figure I would have thought to give you guys this info first huh????( Its late here....) anyways I am 6'1'' and around 8% BF....I dont think I am chubby.

So what does it mean.... The bottom number is good right???, Its the top number I should be concerned about? what should I do.............
..................Any Docs around??????????

30 Mins of INTENSE Cardio DAILY. This is what my Doc told me to do. You can visit your local Firestation whenever you wish, they will take your BP for you whenever you like! Use them as it will really help diagnose your problem. Make sure to write it down whenever you go so you can take the Log to the Docs office. If the Cardio doesnt do it, He/She will prolly get you on some 'light' meds to see if it takes care of the Problem and go from there..

I know it might sound stupid, but supplementing soy protein rather than whey will lower your cholesterol and if I'm not mistaken, your bp as well.

Are you sure your BP is really that high normally, or might it be spiked as the result of caffeine, ephedrine, clen, or juice? That number is high to be at normally, but if you're running a cycle and popping thermos, it's not bad at all.

I might suggest reducing your total, weekly Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) intake gradually..until your BP is normal. Also, you should check your lipid profile, CBC, comprehensive metabolic panel as well. Hypertension is usually a sign of underlying problems. My first approach would be to reduce the total, weekly Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) intake. You are close to 900mg weekly now. Drop to 600mg for a while and recheck. Remember, your genetics can only take so much.
