I have had multiple blood tests but at different times. Does it matter exactly when you take the test and should I start TRT. Blood tests below:

All of these tests are on different days one week apart:

7:15am- 283
6:45am- 385
8:25am- 310
8:49am- 190
9:34am- 245
7:25am- 249
7:30am- 150
7:10am- 359
2:30pm- 190
3:30pm- 191

Any thoughts??

You want to get checked first thing in the morning -- which you have done most of the times. But you need to get additional blood work before you can make the TRT decision.

LH
FSH
Prolactin
Estradiol Sensitive
TSH
Vitamin D

Let us know how those come in. Also, how old are you? Weight? Health life style? Any traumatic injuries to your head or testicles? Medical history? Current medications? Diet?

It's generally thought that T is higher in the morning than later in the day. I think that a person's age plays into that and that the difference is less prononouced when you are older.

I don't think there's much of a pattern in your data:

If you should start TRT shouldn't be based solely on these values... your age, how you feel, the cause(s) for your low levels and your overall health are just some factors that should go into it.

I had others tests done in conjunction with the total testosterone a few times.

I've had my LH tested 3 times: 2.9, 3.1, and 6.1
I've had FSH twice: 1.7, 2.4
I've had Albumin three times: all 4.8
I've had SHBG twice: 21.8 and 15.1
I've had Estradiol twice: 12.8 and 21.2

All regular bloodwork normal including PSA.

My symptoms are fatigue, trouble concentrating, loss libido.

Ok, you didn't include reference ranges or match these results up against your TT results so you are making this a big difficult. But it looks like all the results are pointing towards Secondary Hypogonadism. What does your doctor say?

You really need to get TSH and Prolactin checked out.
