Blood work back. Having problems with libido.

This type of thing makes me want to go back to school. The mechanisms are so interesting.

Tell me about it. Any other vets wanna just chime in for shits and giggles? How in the eff am I not shut down? Is my e2 okay around the 51 mark? I guess I'd like it around 40, but not overly experienced as this is my 2nd cycle. I feel fine, but do have pre-pubertal gyno, so always wary of the risks.

I'm kind of baffled. I know one person that has similar bloods, and he has a negative feedback loop "problem". He was told it's extremely rare, but that's the only thing I can think of at this point that's possible.

Your E2 is higher than I like personally, which could be part of the issue with libido. After your cycle and PCT, I'm curious what those bloods look like.

This is really weird. Still don't understand how you are not shut down with that amount of test in you. I would not worry about the E2 is not bad. I like mine a little higher as well vs lower but I wouldn't worry much about it since that is the least of your problems here. I am courious to know what is going on....

Thats what I was thinking, although wasn't sure if it was possible. It's like his brain doesn't realise he's on gear lol. Not that I would ever recommend it but I wonder if in this rare case it would eliminate the need for PCT and hCG use and/or time on-time off rule? Wish I could cycle without shutting down lol, sounds like a superpower.

Would deffs be interested to know where you were pre and post cycle Huffy. You would think with a negative feedback loop problem off cycle the HPTA wouldn't be able to regulate itself properly. I wonder if your values just stay high all the time? Weird!

huffy u didnt mention your age? Thats kinda a big factor here...

Coming up on 35 here real soon. I'm gonna run bloods one more time before I start PCT. Do it week 11 or 12 as I figure I'll run the cycle out to 13 weeks.

I do wanna get my e2 down just a tad. It was at 17 the first round of bloods, but backed of Adex for 4 days prior to last bloods and ended up at 51. I just worry about poss gyno as I had it as a teen. I guess I'd like it in the 30s.

I will def be doing bloods after my cycle. How many weeks after PCT should I get them done?

You had the Regular Estradiol Assay done. So remember to Su tract 10-20 points of the value. That means your E2 is likely at 31-41. I think that is about perfect for E2.

6 weeks after PCT has ended :)

Okay, thanks for explaining that. Well, I feel much better, so that's probably why. Doing .25 EOD of dex now.

I will def be doing the blood work after the cycle and before starting my next. Thanks guys for all the help.

So to continue on this thread from several months ago, I am continuing to have libido issues. I finished cycle 1-1-15. Waited 16 days and did proper pct. On April 20, I decided to go get blood work from my doc due to continued lethargy (this has actually been around 3-4 years and wondering if just getting older and started b4 I ever cycled). This included checking thyroid, test, etc. Everything came normal. Test was 840, so I was happy and a bit shocked it was that high.

I'm still having trouble getting hard erections and ejaculation feels different. This started when I started my cycle back in OCT. Prior to that, I was like a sewing machine. Anyway, I'm off to see a urologist tomorrow. My doc had prescribed viagra and does little to nothing for me. I had taken in in years prior to this off and on recreationally and it worked wonderfully.

Basically, 2 questions: Do you think it was possible (obvi could be possible, but probable I was given something like deca instead of test) and should I tell the urologist I take propecia that I get from overseas? I know the this could be the cause, but I have been on a low dose for 5 years (.25 ED) and never caused an issue. The issue mostly started when I started OCT 2014 cycle. The reason I ask if I should tell him is would the fact that I've never been prescribed propecia by a doctor cause my insurance company to f me over? I live in the US

If your E2 is good have you looked at prolactin? Also, did you ever do anything about your thyroid, because it definitely wasn't functioning normally. In my opinion you need to see a doc about getting T4/T3 to get your Thyroid into the optimal range of Free T3, and TSH.
