Yes your total testosterone is low. We would need to see your LH, FSH, estrogen to start with. There's other things to test for but that would be a good starting point. What is your cycle history? Also we need way more details to understand your situation.

Was your sample taken in the afternoon? If so you'll need to retest first thing in the morning btw 7-8.

You should get a complete hormonal work up including fsh, lh, free test, etc. Also consider getting a vitamin D test. Low levels can cause symptoms similar to those of low t.

Just knowing your total test is low isn't good enough to make a guess at a diagnosis.

I cant really speak to the thyroid results, but you may be suffering from hypothyroidism.

What symptoms are you having?

I'm 6'2 200 lbs

I ran Test E 12 week cycle PCT of clomid and nolvadex which I got from ***** , followed everything I read here on this site.. but I didn't get bloods first.. I know now that I really should have but can't turn back time.

I'm exhausted all the time, I'm depressed, i'm tired... I don't have motivation for the gym.. I lost all the muscle I gained from my cycle and then some.. I just feel like shit.. I can still get erections without too much trouble but honestly i'm not horny like I use to be..... like not even close.. What else do you guys need to know? I'm just wondering what treatment is going to be like..

As stated above, you need full panels done. As stated above, you need to be consistent in when you get your blood taken. First thing in the morning and fasted will keep things consistent. One blood test of low Testosterone does not mean you have low T. You need to verify this and get all the other tests done i.e. LH FSH, Testosterone free and total, PSA, Cortisol, estradiol, CBC, Thyroid etc.

In addition, you probably did not do proper PCT, or your body did not take to it properly. I would continue to do a restart. IMO, you're crazy to go on TRT at your age.

What do you mean by continue to do a restart?

As far as full panels, I just went to the doctor, told him I felt exhausted all the time, he took bloods and this is all I know so far, they are suppose to call tomorrow to schedule an appointment.

Let's say my test are accurate, is that pretty low or is it close to normal? Also, what does the thyroid thing mean?

What protocol did you follow for PCT? You may need to simply do another post cycle therapy but you need to get blood work to confirm what the problem is. Go to Private Labs.com and order blood work through them and leave your general doctor out of this.

Restart = PCT
No your testosterone is definitely low but you need to know why its low to correct the problem.

Go to Private Labs and order blood work through them.. I haven't told my doc that I did any cycling yet, should I not tell them? For PCT I did Nolvadex & Clomid, I followed what the Sticky here on the steroid cycle forums said to do. I finished that up about 5 months ago though.

Did you get pre cycle bloods done when you were natty?

If you did a proper pct, you may well just be shit out of luck. The truth is sometimes, even your first time, you may never recover from a cycle. Most guys do, but there is always a risk in running gear.

AAS is not to be taken lightly.

Hopefully more thorough bloodwork can shed some light on the cause of your symptoms and you can find a way to recover.

I did not do pre cycle bloods... This is causing me more stress than anything.. How low is my Test? Is it bad low? I am suppose to get a phone call from doctor tomorrow to set up another appointment - Should I just follow through and see what he says, or would you guys order bloods through Private Labs & get advice here? If I do go to doctor, am I safe to be open and honest with them or should I keep things to myself?

There is nothing to freak out about and stress over. Get the proper blood work done and be logical and how you deal with this. As far as your doctor goes, it depends on if you trust him and what you're going to do to deal with this. Many general practitioners do not know what proper blood tests you need for TRT and to see if your HPTA is working properly. This is why we are telling you to get your LH and FSH tested to see if your HPTA loop is working properly.

Doing another restart is the same as PCT.

If LH and Testosterone are low:
Clomaphine @25mg Monday, Wednesday, Friday for 3 months. Blood tests 6 weeks later.

If LH is high and Testosterone is low:
HCG @500 IU Monday, Wednesday, Friday for 4 weeks, then, 25mg Clomaphine every day for 4 weeks.
Blood tests 6 weeks later.

No I would not tell him that you did any AAS. General doctors do not learn that much about hormones in med school so there's no reason to even discuss it with him. All of this might seem complicated but it's really not. Go to Private Labs.com today in order blood work through them. They will give you a list of instructions to do and this is truly the first step you need to take to treat your problem. The cheapest option is the female hormone panel and it will cost you about 60 bucks out-of-pocket. More than likely your leydig cells in the testicles are not back up and running and you probably will need another post cycle therapy but I really encourage you to get blood work to know how to address this and what dosage to take. This could also be a pituitary problem so if you get your blood work and post it back on this thread we can help you.

Also there's other test that you can get but there more expensive so I would suggest just starting out with the female hormone panel because more than likely your LH and FSH will be low.

Hey buddy I went to PrivateLabs website but there is nothing there.. what is the exact URL?

Ok cool I found the site, started to order the Female Hormone Panel, but now I am just a little confused..

-So I go to a nearby facility to get blood drawn? I was under the impression I did it from home for some reason but again I am a complete rookie to this so..

-I am getting the female hormone panel.. the people at the place I get my bloods drawn at aren't going to laugh when they see I am a male right.. lol..

-I can order something other than the Female Hormone Panel if you guys think it is necessary.. I should probably add that during my cycle I did not run HCG at all, couldn't find it.. so I would assume this may be an issue?

Look forward to the responses thanks.

Another thing I would like to ask, am I able to build any muscle at all with my test levels where they are? I'm really confused on whether time in the gym is a complete waste now or what.. any input on this is also appreciated.

I made gains with t levels in the low 200's, similar to yours. Work your ass off, it's just not as efficient as with optimum levels.

Ok cool good to know, I did chest tonight and hit 225 for 5 clean reps... nothing compared to the 20 I used to do but I guess it's a lot more than what your average guy can do, gives me a little hope lol.. - But yeah, as far as the blood test goes is that how it works? I just order it then go to the chosen location to have blood drawn?
