Blood work. Make sure I know what's next.

I got blood work done just shy of 4 weeks into a cycle. I was switching from PSL test cyp to rx for personal reasons. So this can serve as a proof of delivery and blood work to go with it for PSL gear.

My stats: 43, started at 170 lbs, now at 185, want to get to 200ish. Approx 15% bf, 5'8". I am on trt so just a 3 month blast, no pct. I am on 600mg test cyp, 500iu hcg, and letro. I take 300mg test and 250iu hcg on wed and sat and my letro dose was .125mg letro eod but upped it before blood work because of bloating and grumpiness.

Blood shows slightly high hematocrit, low estradiol, and low lh and fsh. Decent tt levels, 3880. I plan to get off the letro and use my liquidex instead. Only real question is lh and fsh. Is it just the low e2 bringing that down? I thought hcg affected that?

I don't understand your question. Your lh and fsh are low because your shut down from the test/HCG.

TT looks like the test you used is good

Looks like you have no E2 <15 like you may of crashed it.

Your going to need to donate blood but with the hemocrit being that high you may have to get a dr to prescribe a phlebotomy

I have never had someone test my blood before taking it...how would they know his hemocrit is too high?

Im not sure exactly someone else will chime in but when they do the finger prick I beleive they get some indication something is out of wack. Thats why it's good be donating regularly to avoid this possible situation.

Ok. I just didn't understand lh and fsh.

I am very likely on a no donate list but I know a couple nurses and paramedics so I might just have them help me out.

When my wife noticed water retention and moodyness, I upped the letro from .125 eod to .25 eod.

What should my dose of liquidex be? I think I read .25 eod. Is that right?

What TRT protocol are you going back to?

I was on 150mg per week of cyp. Last time I went to the doc, he talked a minute then got confused and wrote the script for 150mg e10d. The original script was 200 e10d.

150mg divided up to 75mg e3.5d puts me at over 900 and he doesn't like it to be that high. I'll probably go back to 100mg e7d which usually kept me around 6-700.

Of course, my doc won't even listen to anything about an ai so if I use one it'll be from rui. I wasn't using anything when I was at the 100mg per week dose.

Your E2 is low I'd probably start at .5mg EOD for a couple of weeks because your going to have E2 rebound coming off LETRO. Again some more experienced members will chime in

Without bloods what are the signs of high e2? I've been using bloating and when my wife says I'm pms' ing as signs. Also more pimples seem to indicate high e2.

You can have the same symptoms with either low or high E2 thats why it's not suggested adjusting AI without blood work. More experienced members may get away with it they've been doing this for years but when your new blood work is essential

Your bloodwork indicates you have crashed your e2, how long ago was it taken? and have you still been using the letro?

I would stop using letro immediately and let your e2 climb back up. Once you have healthy (or above healthy) levels of e2 then dial in a better AI like aromasin or arimadex. Let the e2 come back first though, it might take a while. Letro is a fucking nuke to e2.

And absolutely donate blood as soon as you can. Have you checked your blood pressure lately??

I know the e2 is/was crashed. Blood was taken last tuesday with last shot of 300mg taken the saturday before that.

I was at the dr a couple weeks ago and nurse didn't say anything about blood pressure. I will have it checked tomorrow.
