Blood work results 10 months after PCT. Low libido...2nd PCT in order or no?

Hey guys,

I ran a test-cyp cycle only for two months during November-December of last year at 250x2 per week. I had HCG/liquidex and everything else in order. The one issue was I get severely depressed on Clomid so when I posted my PCT protocol that had worked in the past some said it was fine while others suggested I try a higher dose of clomid. I had nolva and clomid and this PCT had worked for me on other cycles as well which I tried deca+test.

Once my PCT was done I experienced everything feeling normal again. I had some ED issues during the cycle but no libido problems....infact I felt my libido was much stronger. For the first 3 months after PCT I felt great and normal. Suddenly, around months 5-present my libido is shit and I have some very minor ED. I have been told it may be psychological and I'm wondering if true.

I ran a thread 2 months ago where my test was much lower according to Megatron but I drew the blood later in the day (5pm) not realizing it would be lower. Here is my pre cycle bloodwork and my new post cycle blood work. Everything seems very similar except LH is high and estrogen is a bit lower.

Please let me know what you guys suggest I do at this point. It's kind of odd that I am not really thinking about sex too often anymore and have some minor ED issues and need liquid CIA. I would highly appreciate any advice.

Thank you

Looks like you recovered very well. Libido loss can be due to a number of different things. Doesn't always have to do with Testosterone.

I agree, it looks like your HPTA has recovered. But I am a little worried about your LH and FSH numbers. They are "highish". It could indicate some issues with your testicles.

How is everything else in your life? Still working out regularly (but not overdoing it)? Playing sports? Getting enough sleep? Eating well? Job or relationship stress?

Do you take daily cialis? If not, I would start there at 5mg daily. Once you have one or two episodes of ED it can get in your head and become very psychological as it creates a lot of anxiety with each sexual encounter. Cialis would give you the confidence to not worry about your penis working.

As for libido, can you elaborate on why/how it feels lower to you?

Very high stress...I work in the medical field and have long hours. I also train MMA and body build. Sleep wise I have suffered from insomnia my whole life. Eating very clean and in the best shape of my life. I'm single so no relationship stress and dating life is great. I did go through a pretty brutal end to a 5 year relationship 11 months ago. In all honesty, single life has led me to a lot more drinking that I've ever done. I'm wondering if that may be it?

I was taking it during the cycle because I had ED but my libido was in monster mode. I just bought some and will probably need it tonight (tee hee). I am still very sexually active but my desire for women sexually has DRAMATICALLY reduced. I almost dont mind it as I hated being that horn dog but I just want to make sure I'm ok health wise most importantly.

Basically, my whole life if Ive kind of been hyper sexual. Almost to a point I felt like a sex addict, I needed it often several times a week. During my cycle it was even worst and I was very passionate about sex. After my cycle for the first 4-5 months I saw no difference then suddenly I just noticed a dramatic reduction in my attraction to women. The hottest girls at the gym I used to howl over in my head had no affect. It's amazing how much it has affected my dating life for the better because I dont give off the horn dog vibe anymore but its to a point girls wanna have sex and Im kind of not in the mood as often anymore.

I dunno wtf happened. Do you suggest a 2nd PCT? How can I go about lower my FSH and LH Mega? Please lemme know

I am worried about your stress and lack of sleep. I would encourage you to make lifestyle changes to be healthier. Libido takes a hit when you are tired.

Take daily cialis. 5mg per day should do the trick.

If you only wanted sex "several times a week" I would say you never had a high libido. For comparison, I am in my 40's, on TRT and I have sex with my wife at least once daily. And I still want more.

I don't think a second PCT will do anything. Your numbers are on par with your baseline. FSH and LH are not direct drivers of libido. I think you need more sleep, less stress and to live a healthier lifestyle.

I forgot to mention but my orgasms are much weaker now...they're not even close to as enjoyable. That was when I realized that + the correlation with the disinterest in females had me concerned. I never experienced weak orgasms ever.

When Im in a relationship I want sex every day...since I'm single it doesnt quite work that way but thats my point I dont want it as often lately. Is Cialis a temporary solution or something that can help get things back to normal?

Is there anyway to get FSH and LH back to regular levels with any medications or should I just do it the natural way? Lastly, when you say worried do you mean this is an urgent problem? Will this possibly lead me to need TRT?

Thank you for your input thus far I have been dealing with this half a year and really would appreciate feed back

You could check your prolactin and/or try cabergoline for your less-than-enjoyable orgasm. Caber could help with ED too.

International Journal of Impotence Research - Cabergoline treatment in men with psychogenic erectile dysfunction: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study

Cialis primarily helps with erections. They would deteriorate again if you stopped taking the cialis unless you identify the underlying cause of your ED.

To lower your LH and FSH you would have to see if there is an issue with your pituitary or testicles that can be treated.

No, not an urgent problem as your TT levels are very good.

---> Read up on Cabergoline. Might be worth trying out. And definitely get on cialis. Caveat to both being unless you have low BP already.
