Blood work results, have I recovered?

Hi,

I started my cycle on July 500mg Sus and 500 mg Eq x week, I had to stop my cycle due to some family issues after 3 weeks. No post cycle therapy (pct) since I tought it was not long time I used. However, after 2 months I got low test symptoms (no sex drive, problems to sleep, depress) I went to the doc and explained, I got the results today:

free test: 57.2 pmol/l (range 31-94)
SHBG: 18 nmol/l (range 13-55)

Unfortunately the doc did not want to measure total test, LH and estradiol. According to him it was not neccesary eventough I asked.....he said I am ok and gave me some cialis...

what's your opinion on this, have I recovered my test levels to be acceptable?

I forgot to mention I am 30 yrs old and this was my 3rd cycle. Last cycle was December 08-Jan09 Deca 200mgs + sus 500mg a week.

We can't be 100% sure since you don't have pre-cycle bloodwork, but your bloodwork results appear normal.

The total testosterone test isn't nearly as accurate or important as the free testosterone test. LH is an indirect indicator compared to free test. And estradiol is more of a concern when on-cycle, not off. The free testosterone test is probably the most important test to have had done in regards to your concern.

I will be stacking ZMA just to have some help sleeping and the cialis for the sex issue. During my past 2 cycles it had taken up to 3 months to feel normal... I guess that's the recovery time for me.
