So here are my results. I wen't in fasted, blood was drawn at 8:29am I woke up at 7:30, arrived at 8, took a few minutes to get me back there so I couldn't have gone early. The test flagged me as low T.

I have NEVER used AAS or any pro hormones, nothing. I take creatine, that's it. I've had close to zero libido in the last years, cloudy mind, memory loss (not sure if related but thought I'd mention. I am 28 years old. I have a form of anemia that is causing the low hemoglobin as well as possibly a couple of the other flags. I have consistent regular BP usually under 119/80 regularly 108/75ish.

Am I hypogonadal? wut do?

You appear to have Secondary Hypogonadism. You should reconfirm with repeated blood work and also check TSH and Prolactin.

ok, is it ok to wait a month or two to reconfirm or is this something I need to handle quickly?

what is tsh? I don't have moobs or any signs of gyno if that's what the prolactin test is for.

I'd personally try to handle it quickly.

Tsh stands for thyroid stimulating hormone and together with t3/t4 levels shows whether or not your thyroid is working optimally.
Prolactin levels help to identify other possible causes of low T such as hyperprolactinemia (too much prolactin).

Both help give you a better picture of what's going on with your hpta and overall endocrine system. This is not only useful in educating yourself but also when it comes to getting an endocrinologist to treat your symptoms.

I also recommend reading Mega's TRT sticky to familiarise yourself with this whole process:

Sleep study would be good to have done as well. You want to see if you can find a cuaee of your Low T and correct it if possible.

Thanks so much guys, I'm looking at privatemdlabs thyroid profile with tsh and prolactin tests. Are these two tests what I need? I can have them done Monday. Do they need to be fasted first thing in morning as well? Thanks

I actually had a sleep study done years ago, I had struggled with insomnia and lethargy my whole life. I've done a lot of tests including thyroid bloods which all came out fibe. I gave up after doctors said I have nothing wrong and probably depressed or mental. I am not depressed... That's not a possibility I have a great life and don't struggle with emotional ups and downs anymore than anybody. I chalked the lethargy up to my anemia and have really increased my energy and lifestyle with supplementing vitamins. The thyroid bloods were a couple years back so I'll redo them Monday.

Test, thyroid, & prolactin results (please help, 2ndary Hypo)

So here are all my results. The test numbers were from last thursday, fasted, drawn at 8am. The thyroid and prolactin results were drawn yesterday morning. I have been dealing with heavy low T symptoms most of my adult life but thought my mild Anemia was to blame (anemia is what's throwing off my hemo and RBC in results.) I HAVE NEVER in my life touched AAS of any kind, no peptides, no pro hormones, nothing... I was doing these bloods in result of having symptoms and also as baseline for AAS in the future, was not expecting to be hypogonadal at all...

So I posted the original bloods showing very low t and got advice to check thyroid and prolactin. Both seem fine? but I'm not sure what I'm looking at. I have had a sleep study in the past and do not have apnea or anything like that. I don't know what else to do at this point and have made an appointment with my GP to see if he will prescribe trt or give a referral to endo...

I would really appreciate anyone who's gone through this before giving tips on what to do, who to go to, and what is going on with these bloods. Is it 2ndary hypo? If so, I've read it's very rare and can implicate some serious problems... should I be really worried?

kind of an encouraging update. I suck at conversing on the phone and come off grumpy so my wife is screening doctors for me. She called my kids GP who I am switching to next month as my GP and asked them if they do or are familiar with TRT as I need it and will only choose a GP that does it otherwise it wouldn't be affordable through insurance. The office staff said they do TRT all the time, he will prescribe it directly in gel or injections based on your preference and just to bring the blood work I already have in, they said it was really good that I already have the thyroid and prolactin tests done and were very nice about it.

:) feelsgood. I was getting worried with all the horror stories of endos not knowing anything and giving people a drop of test every month. I was just about to go to a local plastic surgeon practice that also prescribes trt and openly says they want everyone in the 600-900 range depending on age, but I'm sure they'd be expensive so I'm going to give this a shot first.
