Just wanted to give everyone an update. After a few weeks of eating clean, and stopping everything that could be hepatotoxic, as well as supplementing with TUDCA and herbal liver supplements, my liver values are back in normal range (Alkaline Phosphatase is low, but this doesn't appear to be an issue):
Albumin 43 (35-50g/L)
Total Bilirubin 17 (<20umol/L)
Alkaline Phosphatase 39 (48-138U/L)
Gamma GT <10 (<59U/L)
ALT 44 (<60U/L)
AST 31 (<35U/L)
Amylase 32 (<130U/L)
TUDCA, herbal liver support, and a clean diet can definitely reverse extremely high AST/ALT relatively quickly... at least it did for me.
