Bloodwork during test prop only cycle/ need advice

im on first cycle of 8 week 600mg/week test prop 150 EOD and i take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 700iu/week

i used to take Adex .25mg EOD but i stopped thought it cuz my libido was v low and thought it lowered my E2 estrogen levels but i guess i was wrong, however i took Proviron 50mg last 2 days


Blood work:
Estradiol (E2):126.0 pg/ml Range: 11-44

Testosterone: >15.00 ng/ml Range: 1.66-8.77

Free testosterone: >40 pg/ml Range: 8.7-40.0

i know its so gay that they dont tell the actual number of testosterone levels but its obvious its high and my gear is not bunk cuz i gained 7lbs in my 3rd week till now and my strength got much better too

Now the real question is:
How much Adex and proviron should i be using?

What Dex said. You're missin quite a few panels though if you want a full picture of what's going on like CBC and metabolic panel.

Well this lab i went to i was very specific on what i wanted and i only asked for E2,free and total test and thats what they gave me plus thats all what was printed on the paper nothing more :)
but would 1mg adex atleast now would be essenstial and drop to .5mg tomorrow and then .5 EOD and also i just started takin proviron @50mg

I'd go back and ask for more panels. And no, adex starts working almost immediately. Start off on .25 or .5mg then adjust as necessary.

anyways the Test numbers r not my big concern now as the good news is the stuff are legit im using

i just took 1mg adex for today cuz E2 levels r 126 which is high dont u think ?

I think you're going to crash your E2. You STOPPED the adex completely, which is why you're at 126pg/mL. Go back to .25mg EOD and see how you feel after a week. If you notice you're bloating or want to spring for another panel, you can increase if needed. 126pg/mL isn't THAT high by the way, it's definitely high enough to cause some problems - but you're not at a point where you have to freak out and start megadosing the AI's.

Proviron doesn't reduce estradiol by the way. It just competes at the receptor strongly against estradiol, so you are able to utilize your testosterone more efficiently as well as decreasing that SHBG, which increases your free test. Dre has you on the right path imo.

ok well since i just took 1mg of adex already, should i take .5mg tomorrow and start .5mg eod ? cuz u know i ve been taking .25mg EOD previously and i had low libido too. and how long till i see an effect of lowering my E2 levels ? and do u think 126pg/ml would be causing my libido issues? i can get hard but hardly if u know what i mean

I think you should go back to .25mg EOD. Adex is very powerful and your libido could be diminished from a multitude of sources outside your estradiol. Lowering estrogen is much easier than bringing it back up; so if you're willing to risk crushing it, stick with .5mg EOD and deal with low E2 for a week or two as it takes time to bring it back up from aromatization. 126pg/mL can most certainly cause boner problems, but as you were having problems before you stopped with the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) -- I think it could be something else entirely.

Honestly, this is where cialis can come in to save the day. I'm not saying you can disregard your hormones, but as many times it's a mental issue (not calling you crazy, but stress itself can wreck your johnson) cialis can bring things back to normal for you, and then some. ;)

well lets say adex could and im saying "could" lower ur E2 by 80% and even tho thats a study in females @1mg dose. so that will even put me on atleast 40+pg/ml of E2 so its still not crash, plus i take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 700iu every 5 days plus the 150mg of test prop EOD add those together and i still get a big aromatize on the other hand. dont u think ?

Okay, the 80% value given is a median value extrapolated from data gathered from trials and various clinical tests. You could see a greater reduction, or significantly less. We also all aromatize differently, so while you might be fine at 1mg EOD of adex - you could also seriously crash your E2 and hate life as it takes time to build back up. It's your body, but I would take baby steps to prevent any negative possibilities.
