3J is referring to the blood test. When I was asking about ECLIA or not; that's where it can give false highs. That's why I recommended you contact the lab to find out.

Tren can give a false reading and show up as estradiol.

Ok but still then an AI next to my cycle at 10mg a day would only make me more dry I guess.
I'll redo the bloodwork next wednesday and ask about the test methods and tell about the tren use cause I only mentioned testosteron.

How much AI did you need on a previous cycle with just testosterone at the same dosage as you are currently on? That is often the best way to determine how much AI to use when running Tren.

This is the first time using an AI ....did trt 250 test e ew and 50mg provi about 6 months then 12 week test p 100 tren a 75 mast p 75 eod + 50mg of provi ed and then back to the bridge.
Now back on the test p tren a mast p cycle but at the end off my bridge cycle I started to feel tired all day long, felt muscle sourness not for 3 days but for a week after the workout ...didn't had interest in sex like on the cycle before the bridge and when I had sex ( 2 x a week instead of almost every day back then on tren cycle ) it took me 10 x times longer to get to an orgasm while sweating my ass off..
Then I was thinking somethings wrong want to have the libido back and started the cycle again with tren but to be sure I took a bloodwork after one week with the known results

I would go back to running Testosterone at a dosage where you know you don't need an AI then.

I always stayed at 250 e ew +50mg of proviron ... what i did was skipping the proviron for a week at the end of the cycle do to give my prostate a brake ... but I would be amased if that would elevate my oestro levels that much ... btw on my first tren cycle end of may my test was also > 1600ng/dl and oestro was then 218 ng/dl also to high but back then my libido was bonckers to the rough ...wasn't tired but started having problems with dizzyness and so called vertigo ... then i stopped taking my vit B6 at 5000% of the needed value a day cause research showed me this could also give me troubles with balance and walking .
But now I've readed it also happens with high oestro levels... the dizzynes ..
I guess the oestro was building up inside

Did another bloodwork after a week of using 10mg aromasin ed and instead of 344ng/L it came back with 375ng/L.
But I took 250iu of pregnyl the same day so friends say this gives false results cause pregnyl spikes estrogen?
That when doing bloodwork I should at least stop pregnyl 5 days before the bloodwork...hmmmm always something new

Just not at lowering estradiol.
You're sitting at about 10x where you should be FYI. I'd bump up that aromasin to 25mg ED for a week, then drop down to 12.5mg ED (or as close as you can get to those doses).
Next time, use your AI from day one - not just when you start having penis problems. Hopefully that will be enough, but without seeing prolactin on the test - that's the best I can suggest for now. If you go limp during sex, it may be time (after 2 weeks of aromasin doing its thing) to bring in a dopamine agonist.

hCG can cause real spikes in estrogen via Intratesticular Aromatization. So it would not be a false reading if this were the case. Although I suspect this is not what is going on here. I think you are getting the classic false reading of high estradiol due to the presence of Trenbolone.

I asked about the ECLIA method but the doc said he doesn't know ....
that in USA they use shitty labs to test and that Belgium has one of the best Labs on the planet...
But okay then I ask myself again should I still take the aromasin at such a high dose of 25mg ed for a week or drop down to 12.5 ed or even 6.25?

I would go back to the Aromasin dosage you used on previous cycles for your current dose of testosterone. The dosage you knew was working.

Never took it before.... even not when I was on bridge cycle with 250mg test e EW and 50mg proviron daily...
So maybe its a build up from previous cycles cause i've never run an AI?
