Isn't your pmol conversion off? I am not 100% certain of this, but don't you divide pmol units by 1000 to convert them into nmol?

1 ng/dl = 12.87 pmol/l
1 ng/dl =0.0347 nmol/l

Those are the conversion factors for T4. Testesterone has a different molecular weight than T4.

Laboratory Conversion Units - CTDS Laboratories

Pmol = picomole
Nmol = nanomole

1000 picomoles is 1 nanomole

Either way based on the original units can any1 she's some light as to if the levels are normal or not

If you are currently not on anything your TT is normal assuming you are male and not 90 years old (in which case it would be above average).

Too soon to tell then. You need to check back in about 6-8 weeks to see if PCT holds.
