Body Builder Breakfast Burrito

This is something I just winged one day but it is really good, so now I eat it all the time.

You will need...

1 whole wheat tortilla (140cal 4g protein)
4 egg whites (68cal 16g protein)
1 tbs extra v olive oil
1 tbs reduced fat cheddar cheese (45cal 4g protein)

1 dash chili powder
1 dash ground cumin
1 sprinkle of salt and pepper (optional)

You just get your egg whites ready in a bowl or something add your seasonings and mix, cook in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil so eggs don't stick. melt the cheese in when eggs look done. Wrap dat shit in the tortilla and enjoy

Not exactly sure on these nutritional facts but should be pretty close.

Total 253cal 24g protein.

Sounds good !, I always have 5 egg whites/1 whole egg for breakfast, could get pretty boring ...I like trying new recipes.
Sometimes I add chopped bell peppers, onions, ham or turkey, cheese & some salsa & roll it up in a tortilla too...yummy !

I think you're getting the nutritional facts from a whole egg, egg whites only have 17 cals & 4 grams of fat, or mabe you meant 4 whole eggs ?
 
Those macros are way off. A whole egg has about 6g of protein while the white has about 4g of protein. No way in hell that burrito has more than 30g of protein based on what you wrote.
 
okay okay...I got the info for the tort and cheese right off the package. The egg whites I had no idea so I googled it and that what I came up with. It was probably for a whole fuckin package of a dozen eggs..lol. And o yeah i forgot, if you really wanna go hardcore you can substitute the olive oil with 10ml test cyp, and that shit will put hair on your chest.

I've googled nutritional values before for cheese & what comes up first is the nutritional value of a whole block of cheese..lol.

it sounds tasty and all.. but u would need double that protein in that thing...

let me see....

hows about some turkey bacon.. like 3 slices??? plus another 3 whites..

u could go one step further.. if ur doing a low/no carb diet there are no carb tortillas .. its like 18g carbs and 12 of it is fiber.. i use it all the time..
 
I make the same thing but i use 6 or 7 eggs and usually keep 2 yolks and i also add a whole potato cooked home fries style! big filler and very tasty
 
ya'll must have some big ass fuckin tortillas, 4 eggs fit perfect. Idk maybe I can squeeze 5. Hmmm or maybe I can patch two of those bitches together ya know like when your rollin up a big fatty
 
I should have titled this post Beiber Body Builder Breakfast Burrito, just has a nice ring to it. but I think ted already has that shit copyrighted. He owns that joke
