Bodyfat %???

Just wondering what bf % i have in this pic. I know im really small in it but i have managed to put on 20lbs give or take a few after that photo has been taken.

I'd say about 11%

flexing doesn't help buddy.. but i'd say somewhere between 11 and 13%

Thanks for the estimates.

The photo was taken a while ago and wasn't meant for the purpose to find out what bf % I have so I'm not flexing in it to try and make it look like I have less bf
