1. Taking peptides 3X per day was great for overall feeling and recovery.
2. Upping my caloric intake. After the accident, I was eating like I was still trying to maintain weight and not gain. Once I started eating a lot more, it really helped my energy level.
3. As expected the Nandrolone really put me into a great state for the final recovery. I don't limp anymore and feel pretty much 100%. When I get back home from this latest road trip, I will lifting with my calves and squats. I know I am ready to do it.
I feel I am pretty much back 100%. Lifts are strong in the ankle/calf and no limp. The only thing I cannot do right now is run but even that is improving daily.
Lifting my neck muscles has seemed to help also with the pain up in the C2 area. The plates I use have doubled in just a few weeks of working all the neck area. I will be interesting if I get some crazy beefed up neck from this...
Good to go and will just be training now to increase strength and lean out a bit.
