Ok I've been lifting for 10 years.I have muscle and wanna finally see it.that's where my diet lags.I decided to try 3js network. I went with the carb cycling. So far I've given my stats and received a list of exactly what I need to eat and when. That's good for me because the gym is the easy part diet is harder. I will begin at the beginning of the week. Im confident I will cut this fat around my waist. Ill post up in two weeks with results.

I started my diet today. Breakfast was a bit larger than I would have thought. I hope I can train my body to eat all of it so early in the morning. I've had alot of questions for 3j and he has been very responsive. My wife thank god helps me with the prep so it didn't take long to cook.
 
keep in constant communication with me....

make a list of any issues your having with the diet and get it to me..

i do my best to work around issues... and usually do a good job of it
 
Today is day number 6. Diet is going well. I've done as 3jI said. I feel better and I believe im losing weight. I will measure in a mother week to see how well I've done. I also seem to be lifting better,im sure it's just in my head. Can't wait to see if I lost weight.

Those are good before pics, fat is quite visuable and id really like to see how you look at the end of your cut.

are you doing cardio daily?

hey buddy.. dont forget to send in measurements twice a week.. the diet still needs tweaking!


all my clients have to send in measurements twice a week so i can adjust their diet as we go along... its part of the progressive nutritional coaching!

But yes I jog before I lift more to warm up but I also train mma twice a week and that's all cardio
 
Almost been two full weeks. The week end wasn't as bad as I would have thought. I had my first meal out. I kept it clean but not perfect. I had a flank steak panini and a small salad with balsamic dressing. I. I measured and found I had lost an inch at my belly and lost 5 lbs. I had a meeting at work and they bought pizza. I stayed strong and didn't eat anything. 3j has been awesome helping me the whole way and keeping me on track. Knowing someone is wanting measurements twice a week makes me work harder.
 
Today is a low carb day and for some reason I have a harder time with a low day. I would think the no carb day would be harder but I don't have a problem with the no days. I found out today that I will be out of town for a week. Im worried about staying on track. I will be in a class room all day. We do get breaks so maybe I can do something with the time to find some food. I really wanna stay away from fast food and starving myself. I know 3j has an answer I hope
 
i have alot of clients who travel.. it can be difficult to travel and keep your diet in check.. that being said, there are ways to work around it...

it takes knowing whats going to be around you before you get there.. or keeping in direct contact with me... if i know the foods that are available then i can help make sound choices in those foods
 
Yesterday sucked. Friday I had 4 shots of vodka. Saturday I was so hung over I couldn't eat. I was throwing up all day. About every 15 minutes. I ate my breakfast and my 2nd meal. They didn't stay down. Im not drinking anymore. I did measure my belly before I got sick. I lost 3/4 of an inch. That's a total of 1 3/4 inches. Im doing abs alot more. No cheat meals yet and I hope I can stay strong. Ill be out of town next week so 3j has already reassured me I can still eat good even on the road. We will see how that goes
 
This week was messed up I went out of town and had to make good choices. 3j helped me make those choices.I just told him the hotel I was staying in and he checked for restaurants that would be ok to eat at. I worked out while I was there . I measured this morning and I lost about 3/4 of an inch at my belly. I've lost about an inch a week. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. Im going to post updated pics next weekend because that will be a month on my 3j diet. Personally I don't think I will ever be comfortable posting updated pics because I feel like pics don't do justice. If I flex my abs I can start to see the top 4. For anyone apprehensive about signing up with the 3j program I can personally say its worth the money. I believe its worth more than what he charges. I wouldn't be able to do this with out him. Im going to do a bulk diet after my cut diet. Im sure ill gain muscle.
 
Diet is the hardest part for everyone. But 3j helped me alot. He knows what he is doing. As long as you stick to what he says you will do great. Good luck!
 
Diet is going great. Im down to about 202. I have a problem with getting below 200lbs. Just a mental thing I guess. The weight loss has slowed but I knew I couldn't cut 5 lbs a week for the whole cut. Im dropping probably 1-2lbs a week. Im getting to the point where I don't mind my shirt off. Im going to continue this diet till im at the point I wanna be at
I started a cycle. Test e and eq for 16 weeks. Ill add Anavar (var) the last 5 weeks.
 
expect your weight to go up a little boston.. it'll be due to the bloat and muscle gain.. so dont sweat it.. we know the caloric intake is correct.. keep it up!!
