boy im I crabby on this diet/eating plan

you know reading these over again Im a bit confused. I would love to do 45 minutes 4 days a week of moderate cardio. Now MM said she would need to do 1.5 to 3 hours of cardio thats for competition right?? I cant image doing that much. A regular joe would not need that much to lose bodyfat right????

I mean is it ok just to do 4 sessions at 45 minutes at moderate heart rate for a person like me???? Or should I do this HIIT crap 2 times a week. Know that you get where Im coming from, I have the diet in order 100 percent, its to lose bodyfat does have that calorie defecit.

Holy crap some people do 3 hours a day??? Honestly thats tough. I equate that to actually a cocaine high. When I was using coke, my heart rate was up for three hours straight constantly, so that was cardio back when I was drug loser!!!!

You have to find what works for you. I compete natty. No clen, fat burners, etc.

I found with HIIT I do alot less cardio with the same/better results. I do it off season as well simply because of time. I get results with less HIIT cardio than more normal. My brother does as well.

Perhaps some people don't. You have to find what works for you.

You can lose weight with regular cardio as well. Just experiment and find what works best and what you prefer.

I find most people start off with steady state cardio. They hear about HIIT and then incorporate that. 10 years ago HIIT wasn't as common and it was longer steady state cardio. Now HIIT is currently the "it" thing.

It's best to experiment. My first competition I listened to my trainer to a tee and didn't really pay attention to what my body wanted.

If you really hate HIIT I'd say just don't do it and you'll be happier. However I think perhaps you are taking it to an extreme if you really hate it. No need to. Try "toning" it down.

So many people hate cardio but I love it. Go find something fun for you. You like heavy metal....pretend you're in the most pit at a Ministry concert. Haha. Yes I've done it to the whole Ministry Filthpig album. :elephant:

umm a crush, well I like smart men!!

yes it is. I really love the way it looks. Nice muscles on women are very beautiful. I really like it more than the fitness look. I personally love light weight bodybuilders (women)! I think thats the look I would like to achieve over time.
