I guess it really depends on whether your bulking or cutting. A bagel packs a lot of calories on its own so not sure packing all that other stuff into a bagel is a good choice regardless of cutting or bulking but macros would tell a better story.

Its generally a bad idea to mix fat and carbs.

there are low carb "english muffins" I cant remember the brand name but most stores have them. Make yourself an egg mcmuffin.

smoked salmon spinach omlet wheat wrap.

Sounds :yumyum: Cyto !

You can trycooking Oatmeal in the slow cooker, you can then freeze the left overs, you'll probably have enough for the week.
I make this once a week, mainly for the kids, and it lasts me for 3 days... it comes out very creamy, and you don't have to do any work.

Ingredients
2 cups steel cut oats
2 cups diced apple
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 cups water
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons butter (can use low fat)

Cooking time is about 8 to 8 1/2 hours.( This makes 8 servings)

Combine the oats, apple, cranberries, almonds, pecans, water, milk, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and butter in a slow cooker. Cook on Low overnight or 8 hours.
(make sure is set on low)

For a high protein breakfast, I do a lot of omlets, or scrambled eggs with things like tuna, spinach, turkey, ham, cheese.

Or you can use your leftover meats, or vegetables and make a frittata.

get creative buddy...

here's one for you

5oz red potato
1/6th cup coby shredded cheese
1egg 6 whites
3 turkey bacon
no carb tortilla wrap (great stuff 12g fiber 8g impact carbs)

grill ur red potatoes homefries or hashbrown style.. melt cheese onto it.. cook ur eggs and the bacon and make a burrito out of it... u can even have 1/2 a cup of oats with it cuz 5oz of red potato is about 25-27g carbs.. and based on ur goals ur prob gonna need more if ur not running keto

If you change up what you make it'd probably help, like have a few recipes at least that you eat. I've made a canadian bacon (lean protein) and cheese omelet in the past with 2 to 4 eggs. It can be put between two pieces of toast to make an easy sandwich.

And yeah there are low carb breads and english muffins out on the market, low carb tortillas too if the burrito/wrap recipe above sounds good.

that all sounds good guys thank you for your replies im gonna try all of these ! except the fish lol im not a fan of sea food.
