Ok so i recently started eating this list for breakfast...tell me if its too much, unnecessary, or a good way to go...i feel its a big portion but i love it...

A.) 1 cup Whey Oatmeal (by Elite; has 35g of protein in it)

B.) 2 Whole eggs (smart balance) + 3 Egg whites (liquid) mixed

C.) 2 slices of Wheat bread

D.) 4 pieces of Trukey Bacon...

Let me know any opinions you have

Sounds fucking delicious....I couldn't put that much food down in the A.m. personally but that seems like a great way to start the day.

Even tho... your disapointing in me in using that FAKE bacon lol, Looks pretty good man.

Kind of sounds like my breakfast's when I have the time to make them.

2 Bagels / With butter
4 Whole Eggs / 2 Each Bagel
1/2 cup shredded cheese / 1/4 cup each bagel
12 slices of bacon / 6 slices each bagel
1 can of canned chicken for salads (high protein low fat)
1 can tuna

YEAH I can pack her down

Sounds like that's a huge chunk of your daily calories?

It looks roughly the same # calories I eat for breakfast (my pre-workout meal) lol. And I'm like twice your size.

Typical breakfast for me on a workout day is:

- 2 bananas with honey
- 3 egg and cheese sandwiches (6 whole omega eggs / 6 slices whole grain bread / cheddar cheese)
- glass of whole milk (I don't measure stuff - it's a shaker cup sized glass full to the top....20oz?)
- glass of orange juice (same deal)
- bowl full of cottage cheese

If it's non-workout day, I can eat more. I get sick if I eat too much before lifting.

Oh and quick side note - make sure you're getting that nitrite free bacon.....

This ^^^ plus cinnamon and a scoop of whey to make sure i get a variety of protein and I use skim even when im Bulking just personal preference

There is evidence that cooking the egg actually adds to the nutritional benefits....I love cooked eggs....I love eggs in general

I have 6 scrambled eggs for breakfast every morning with black coffee. I add a tbsp of olive oil to the pan before I cook them and usually a drop of whipping cream to the eggs before I whisk them. My diet is high in fat and protein. As soon as I add too many carbs, my gut grows.
