Breakfast of Champs?

I try to keep mine "low" all the time..meaning less than 200g per day. When I do cut I carb cycle...M T W less than 25g, Thurs Fri less than 150g, and Sat and Sun game on...400-500g. Amazing fat loss and all the fun of eating carbs. Last time I lost 13 lbs in 6 weeks and it was only FAT. Ripped me up with NO CARDIO

ill def try that i went below 100 carbs for 3 days b4 and lost weight but felt and appeared to be muscle in my upper chest lol. So i try to play it safe when cutting and usually stay around the 200 gram ed range. On a regular basis tho im up to 300-400 grams of carbs ed

Even tho... your disapointing in me in using that FAKE bacon lol, Looks pretty good man.

Kind of sounds like my breakfast's when I have the time to make them.

Let me get that recipe?

It's pretty easy.

900-1000 grams of extra lean ground turkey (about 2 lbs).
1 box of Stove Top Stuffing mix.
2 tbsp of honey

You need to turn the stove top into bread crumbs by
mixing them in the blender or Magic Bullet works best.
If not, put them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix the Stove top, honey, and ground turkey in a bowl,
cover it and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours.

Weigh them out into 50 gram balls,
then flatten them into cookie like shapes.

Stagger them on a plate and put them in the freezer
till they are half frozen. If you try to put them in a freezer bag
without freezing them first, they will break and crumble.

Makes 22-23 burgers

Per 2 Burgers (100g) :

Calories = 140
Fat = 5g
Protein = 22g
Carbohydrates = 1g

I cook them on the George Foreman grill is best.
If you plan to fry them you should use a
non stick pan with no oil as the burgers will
soak up any oils.

I like to use a silicone brush and give them a dash of
PC's "Memories of Thailand, chili pepper sauce".
Or use BBQ sauce or anything you like.

I keep 2 freezer bags of these on hand at all times.
You can eat them any time and mix them with vegetables
or salad. I like to have most of my meals ready to go so I don't
dig into the wrong things. These work very well for me :)

Hope you like them.

True enough. I looked at Peter North's BF and it looks quite simple at a glance. That yogurt here in Canada is going to cost 3 dollars by itself, or 90 dollars per month, just for yogurt. Also his meal is still quite a bit cheaper than most.

Others that I saw are going to cost up to and maybe over $300/month, just for breakfast.

I simply couldn't afford 90% of the meals posted in this thread. I don't know how you guys do it. And to be honest, I couldn't eat that much if I was forced fed.... :chomp:
