Breaking amps

hi guys new to this site

i just got some testosterone(norma)

and when i was snapping the top of the head shattered

safe to use? or would you throw the rest of it away if glass went in the oil? not sure if glass went init but cant be seen with the naked eye lol

Ive crushed the tops of many amps in the past and used the gear with 21g pins and have never had any problems. If your still kind of sketch use a 25g pin its much thinner. But yeah I wouldnt sweat it.

thanks very much guys, didnt wont the stuff to go too waste sounds cheap but a ml is a ml haha

yeh i always protects me fingers cause that wouldnt be nice with the head shattering

i normally have test in 10ml but heard they can get tampered with easily

so went onto the amps with the first stuff they had the black dots so i just put my thumb on that and snapped off which it was pretty much perfect everytime, but with what ive just got i dont know where to hold to snap, maybe thats why it shattered, im not clued up that much on things like this lol

Also to make them easier to snap you use a metal nail file or seraded edge small steak knife and lightly score the narrowest part of the amp first where its normally supposed to break then snap it that works too. Its kind of ghetto but it get the job done.

I agree, I ruined a few amps back in my early days and that will piss you off!! I have a small metal file that I lightly score one side of the neck of the amp before popping the top. Ahh I miss my Galenkia Test that used to come that way lol.

get an amp cutter

amp openmer or just score (sp) the part you want to break with something sharp. Scissors that come with knife sets work great. Then just hold it with paper towels and break it off.

you can lose alot of amps if you dont know how to open them
