Minx, I have under the muscle saline implants and they have affected my training. I also had post-op infection and the scaring in the muscle on the left side still causes pain when I do certain exercises which has held me back. I think for your purposes, since you're just wanting a little extra fullness, a small implant over the muscle should give you what you're looking for, I doubt they'll be noticible since you've got pleanty to hide them already. While many women get unders and they don't have issues lifting afterwards, many do and with your training being such an important part of your life, why risk it?
The main thing that scared me off from overs was the fact that you can't get a mamogram, instead you have to go with ultrasound which isn't as effective in finding early cancers. Also, unders won't cause sagging like overs can and since I was having a lift done at the same time I didn't want to worry about future sagging.
I'm willing to bet that you look fantastic as you are and would advise against having work done unless you're really unhappy with your look now.
Here are a couple other links you chould check out in addition to implantinfo:

If your gym has a bulletin board where you can post up a note, you can ask for women to give you feedback about local doctors who've they've used. Making the decision to get them done is one thing, then finding a good doctor is another. Good luck, hun!
