I read that it has 300mgs of Cassis Grandis, and exotic herb from the jungles of Costa Rica. Scientific studies have revealed that it increases blood volume. Probably what's helping you get those intense pumps.

this increases blood volume. SO more blood =more pump

this gives you better blood flow. Now more blood to the muscles plu better blood flow = better pumps
