British Dragon Anavar Cycle

Hey girls!

OK, so been lifting nearly 5+ years, suffered a hamsting strain/tear (very slight but recovery has sucked 5-months and I'm able to finally RDL 135 again...sigh), and I am looking to compete possible figure this late spring/early summer.

Here's my workout regimen, focus is to really get some glute growth going, shoulders, arms, back are nice, but my glutes suffered and were always hardest for me to grow.

It's a 15-day split, and I plan to do 5-iterations.

I'm following a high/medium/low calorie @45-40-15 (c-p-f) macros usng 1.6*bodyweight for protein intake.

High day = 1900 (usually following leg day on a day off)
Medium = 1750
Low = 1575 (2-days in a row usually)

Supps, I take quite a few, but the main thing is I'm cycling British Dragon Anavar

3.33 mgs first 5-days
5-mgs from there and then up to 7.5mgs and if all goes well 10mgs then cycle back down and OUT. 8-10 weeks max.

I'll post up before and after pics when done.

Would love to see input from GIRLS and WOMEN not men please. Have cycled once before, loved it. My husband (competitive bodybuilder) will be lifting with me for the duration of the program. That is a HUGE boost to my intensity. :)

Thanks, I hope some folks chime in as well.

My stats 5'4 about 126lbs bf% I can see all my abs and I'm pretty vascular on my arms, and shoulders flare veins when I do chest. Last time I had it done I was around 15-16%.

The whole goal on this program is glutes, glutes, glutes!! And of course my hams, and quads, and calves. :)
 
Id actually like to try this programme... very different... and thanks for the detail. I guess you should just make sure your diet is in check and youre going as heavy as you can on the glutes. Its normally that simple :)
 
All I can say is my husband wrote it up and OMG are my glutes CRUSHED the following day!! Week 1 down up 3lbs.
 
Hey, so really need input, day11 today at 5mg, started at 2.5, then 3.5 now 5 for 4+ days. Have begun to get a bit of a sore throat, isn't it a bit early for a side like that to show up??? Input??? I kind of feel sicky, but nothing crazy. Advice please. Other than that and the stray pimple I feel fine. please REPLY thanks!
 
nausea usually happens if you take it on an empty stomach

i had a bit of a sore, crackly throat but nothing major. didn't have any impact on my voice or anything. the last thing i want is to have any masculinization so i'd be the first to say if this was going to become an issue. if your throat gets worse though, like lasting longer than half an hour at a time, think about decreasing again. but i'm on 20mg a day and it's been fine
 
Thanks for the reply, well false alarm, forget to takes my allergy pill and post nasal drip induced sore throat heh heh oh me oh my pardon me. :) Feeling better. And these workouts are intense, legs and glutes have never been so sore. Bumping up to 7.5 mg 3rd week
 
The last two pics are not the best, but just to give an idea that after 3-weeks I'm starting to show a bit leaner, and yet the scale has gone up about 6lbs :)

My lifts are all WAY up. My husband ROCKS, he put an amazing program together, and my glutes and legs are looking better by the workout. I know I know you can only expect a little amount of growth in 8-10 weeks even on a cycle, but still I think he nailed a good program here.

I'll post up some better lower body pics, but that is my serious weak area as far as cellulite. I think I'm just screwed genetics wise, so when I do, be kind.

I'd love to compete, but once you see my legs and glutes you'll understand why I haven't yet. :-(

Seriously though my wife and I just started Anavar (var) six days ago and will follow this closely. We don't have anything to add yet though . . .

Edit: she's taking Anavar (var) 10mg ed, we train with a PT three times a week - HIIT-style training generally, with some trad squats and deads thrown in. (I'm on 40mg. We hope to see something this week! But I am sleeping way better, which I hadn't expected.)
