I had a hard time to stop laughing! lol! It's so funny, cause one, he's asking for a blown bicep, and two he couldve got a 100% better set with half the weight and CORRECT form! LOL! "Broke back!" hahahahah!

good god, that kid is begging for an injury.. my back hurt just watching him swing those dumbells around. ya after school gets out the those clowns start showing up with their whole crew to take up benches to sit on while one wanna be strong man throws weights around.. you cant give them any advice (even tho youre way bigger than they r) they look @ you like youre hating on them, when in actuality youre trying to help them out. thats when you sit back and wait for the inevitable injury or watch them get trapped under the leg press or barbell they cant get off their chest while benching hahaha

I think this kid would struggle with 25lb dumbbells using proper form. This shit is hilarious!
