It's going to take time, and you can only go forward from where you are at.

Just be patient and do your theropy and train to your abillity.

I had kinda the same thing happen to me, cut off on the freeway, riding a CBR, hit by a second car, broke everything, physical condition saved my life... broke my wrist, all my ribs, all my fingures upper and lower, both sholders, a collar bone, right radius, neck and back etc...

After months of traction, and at home nursing, my arms would still just fall out of socket when I would lift mysef out of a car or just sneeze, it really sucked.

Of note: The medical team gave me Deca injections while still in traction and perscibed to me for 4 months following my release from the hospital.

That was 15 years ago now, no longer ride, but I'm kicking ass in the gym again.

Just hang in there, it get's better if you let it, and don't be a pussy!

Damn you really got fucked up. Surprised you could come back from that. I am also surprised that they actually prescribed you deca.

Yes, it was really bad for a long while, even with the deca. I couldn't go to the bathroom unassisted for months. The Deca is likely the only thing that got me out of bed.

And yes, deca is what they give you when you break lot's of bones, and loose lot's of skin like that.
 
He was dosing 10mcg x4 for 6 weeks. No sides what so ever other than the bone was slightly thicker. You can still see a small "swell" where the break was due to this. Doctor said is now the strongest part of his arm.

nice. . . Looking to induce this therapy myself. Just trying to work around any "organ growth".

Just a little update for you guys:

About 2.5 weeks ago I started a cycle of 600mg EQ, 500mg Test E, 50mcg IGF-1 and 250mcg GHRP-6

I have no idea how much to attribute to the cycle and how much was normal recovery, but my progress has been absolutely incredible. My shoulder has gotten so much better I can do nearly every upper body exercise without pain (bench press still bothers my shoulder but not terribly). I've gotten up to using 85lb dbs for sets (not that good, but a LOT better than before, I could barely handle 20lb DBs). This week I did a set of squats at 195lbs. I can leg press 3 plates on each side for a set of 15 with just my right (broken) leg. And I deadlifted 335lbs for reps this week as well

I'm so happy with my progress I wanted to share it with you guys. To go from barely being able to walk to squatting, leg pressing and deadlifting as much as I have been in like 6 weeks has been crazy

Glad you are doing well. DON'T overdo it but keep at it.
