Hey guys I am currently trying my best to gain some muscle on my chest, my upper chest area has next to no mass. its very bad i mean straight up no shape in the upper area. I really want to get a strong chest also my strength is low also, but i just want to build some mass priority 1.
Heres a look at my current chest workout HEAVY lifting.
Benchpress 6-8repX3
Decline bench 6-8X3
Incline bench 6-8X3
Flys (machine) 6-8X3
Cable flys going down 6-8X3
mixed cable excercises.
my upper chest has nearly no muscle again. i would like to gain there mainly.
any tips guys?
