Building mass on chest

Hey guys I am currently trying my best to gain some muscle on my chest, my upper chest area has next to no mass. its very bad i mean straight up no shape in the upper area. I really want to get a strong chest also my strength is low also, but i just want to build some mass priority 1.

Heres a look at my current chest workout HEAVY lifting.

Benchpress 6-8repX3
Decline bench 6-8X3
Incline bench 6-8X3
Flys (machine) 6-8X3
Cable flys going down 6-8X3
mixed cable excercises.

my upper chest has nearly no muscle again. i would like to gain there mainly.

any tips guys?

Chest is my strong point pecs are over 3" thick :P . I suggest you scrap everything you are doing for chest except the main 3 cable, flys all of that stuff is to fine tune it once the mass is there IMO

Flat bench 5 sets

Incline 4 sets

Decline 3 sets

Toss in some wide dips and that will also help. 3 sets

Keep the reps to 5 and failure if you were to try a 6th. If that doesn't mass up your chest then you are not eating enough.
 
Ill follow your advice i try to do chest 2x a week if i can.. its lagging badly and i want my chest to show in my T shirts haha. dont make me jelous man lol, but you earned it. i would love to have a nice thick chest.

Hilarious picture, we all know what pecs are lol. IDK if chest 2x a week is a good idea cause your gonna overtrain em. If I was you I would follow Zeek's advise to the "T" and then I would hit legs and back days like no tomorrow. Legs are the biggest muscle group so it makes sense to hit them. Back is the next biggest and is the opposite of your chest. Your body will not make big biceps without big triceps, Hams with quads, chest with back. Your body will naturally build balanced. So to get faster chest results hit back very very hard too.

The idea of hitting legs is to increase natural GH release at night when you sleep. ALL the big guys have big squats!

I well im in week 5 of my test E cycle so i dont think ill have any over training issues, im spacing them quiet far apart.

That damn part of my chest just lacks growth :(

I'm actually too barrel chested! guys give me props but most girls don't like that my chest is bigger than theirs :shoot:

Also had to pull 3 grey hairs out of my chest last week :( I might join you guys in the land of the bare clean shaven chests! Keep in mind I'm a product of the 60's and 70's and back then chest hair was the thing!!!

Yes he did! don't protect him. he thinks the only pec we know about are chicken breasts. That is why he posted the diagram lol

where were you on my chest thread hahah...sounds good nice and simple with a nice amount of sets
 
sup guys, dude what you need to do is give your upper chest priority, train it first when your energy levels are highest, try DB press it has a greater ROM and you can squeez the shit out of your upper pecs, my upper chest also lacks but what i have been doing to bring it up it this
incline db press-3 heavy sets and on the last on do a drop set, with good form and squeezing at the top of eveery rep. also you can use the hammer strength incline machine, except sit sideways and one arm at timme push across the chest focus on isolating it.
then i do decline press and incline flys high rep, to push all the blood to the muscle.:wiggle:
