Bulk first 6-8 weeks and then cut the rest?

Hey brothas, just wanted to check if I'm missing facts or anything. Currently on test 500 with dbol kickstart. Just currently starting week 4 of all this. Pretty sure I have enough dbol for 6-8 weeks. Would it be stupid to start a cut after I run out my dbol? I'm honestly not looking to get a ton bigger so I'd rather just get pretty solid. Thanks for your time!

I personally wouldn't run dbol for that long and its hard to bulk and cut on a 12 week cycle. Your burning the candle at both ends.

Well of course diet is clean. It's just if I was going to add in a significant more amount of cardio. Dbol dosage was 30 first week and riding out at 40 the rest of the way till 6 weeks I'm guessing.

30-40mgs of dbol isn't gonna do much of anything in terms of muscle growth... u might get some slight strength gains and some water retention, but the test is gonna be doing the work.

Bulking then cutting within a 12 week span isn't really ideal, now if u had 24 weeks I would say it could be effective... know that cutting is most effective over a longer period, most pros take 16+ weeks to get ready for a show

Sorry, how should we know that? Mine isn't, or at least not always, so I try not to assume things about others'.

The important element when you're cutting is your caloric intake vs expenditure. Cardio as a tool just increases your expenditure, and in turn the deficit you need to shed weight (which should mostly be fat while you're running gear). It's easier to skip 300 calories worth of muffin / cookie / pizza than to cardio 300 calories off, in my opinion.

just eat clean and good things will happen. It all comes down to diet and not compound IMO

Definitely good on diet etc. the only reason I enjoy cutting on compounds is just to prevent muscle loss. I have enough test for 14-15 weeks if I wanted to. So my thinking is I can come off dbol and run an 8 week cut while just being on test.

Mine is very on point with cheat meal once a week. I gain very easily so I make it a mission to stay clean. Exactly.. Which is why I was just curious if there was a negative I was missing to switching to a deficit and still having the dbol gains and leaning up a bit for 8 weeks or so. Could aim for a 2 pound a week deficit so I could drop maybe ~16 pounds before I come off and return eating to normal.

Bulk then cut after pct and see where u stand from there
Its -5 where I live so no reason why not to bulk in the winter

-20 here and I still prefer to see abs during the winter than go overboard bulking. Just my own preference though. 215 and climbing, slowly.

let me know how your progress goes with this as I'm on some what of a same cycle, except for the cutting part, ic left that for after doing pct and waiting 8-12 weeks. =)

I am actually debating the same at the moment. Doing a 12 weeks bulk and then either pct or stay on it and lean out for another 12 weeks. I would preffer the pct normally but the problem is that the summer will be here soon and if I do pct my leaning cycle would not start till the end of the summer and that is pointless to me....Decisions, decisions....

Don't see the issue in going 24 weeks, 12 bulk. 12 cut..?

IMO, 24 weeks is fine if your blood work is in order (lipids, RBC count, blood pressure, liver enzymes, kidneys etc)

It's -not- fine to assume you're good to go indefinitely; longer cycles require extra caution IMO.
