bulking&cardio

I am bulking right now and I was wondering if I can do cardio on not-workout days, but isn't that bad for my gains? I workout, monday,wednesday and fryday. I want to do cardio because I get a little to fat, I gained 13 pounds in 2 months.
 
I prefer to up the intensity in the weightroom when bulking and that is the best way not to get fat to me.
 
Whether you are bulking or cutting you should be doing some type of cardio.

Even if it is 1 or 2 20 minute sessions per week.
 
the only cardio i do while bulking is 20 minutes very light walk after leg day to loosen up my hammie from an injury.
