Bulking Diet and Military Workouts

I wouldn't start starving myself...ranger school or not. Go thru it when u have too, but y make yourself miserable and loose muscle. I'd say keep bulking and throw in some cardio. U'll be fine. U'll prob. still have the upper hand over lots of others in basic who've never done anything.

Exactly my point - take the best care of yourself while you can and suck it up when you have to - maybe my sarcasm wasn't obvious enough.

Resign yourself to losing weight when you enlist. You won't be given enough to eat compared with how much you'll be doing. For me, it's a part of life to have my weight fluctuate. I spend a lot of time to get big, then get shipped off to some 3rd world hole where I lose 15-20 pounds, then come back and start getting big again. I suppose you could pick an MOS where you never go anywhere or do anything, but what's the point in that?

the problem in basic training is your only fed three times a day, and Drill Sergeants have to heard the recruits through like cattle. You need to be prepared to shovel that food down your mouth quickly or your shit outta luck. If you a slow picky eater, your going to be hurting.
even now, 19 years after basic training, I can finish dinner in 10 minutes

Shaved Head is right, dont forget you gotta shit too!!!
So a 45 min lunch, wait in line, eat, then use the can..it was like a fuckin sprint!!!
Also for 12 weeks fuckin MANGO juice!!!! I never drank so much water before in my life!
