Bulking Diet trouble PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys, Im in a little bit of a predicament. Here is the story. Four weeks ago, I started my Testosterone Enan and slin cycle (500mg/wk test, and 20ius/day slin (half in the morn, half post workout)). Anyways, I noticed my gains were srtong in the beginning with little fat gain, however, now my mass gains are decreasing, and my Bf is rising. I was at about 8% when I started, and now Im bout 13%. Im getting a little worried. I figured that the only solution is my diet, because the effectiveness of insulin depends on diet greatly. I weight 182lbs @ 5'4" right now. My daily caloric intake is about 3500-4000 cal. 2000 of which is carbs, 1000 fat, and 1000 protein. Anybody care to help. I don't eat a lot of junk food BTW. Maybe once per week. I want to keep getting bigger, but I don't want to get too fat. I have 6 more weeks on cycle, and in 2 weeks Im adding Tren for the last four weeks ed. I need some diet help. That is the main idea here. I only gave you the other info, so you have all the fact. BTW I am aware that you can't consume fat while the insulin is active. Thanks to all.
 
Im kinda suprised you saw gains in the first 4 week's man. Test takes for weeks just to kick in. Also why are you fuckin with slin. How many cycles have you ran?

As far as the diet. What seems to work best for me is protein 40% carbs 40% amd fats 20%. Where are you getting your fats. Some good ones are omega 3's like salmon etc. Olive oil is good I love olive oil. Fat is good but the right kind.

Give some example of a typical day's meal plan.
 
Awaken- (shoot 10iu slin) 75g ultrafuel and 1 myoplex origional

meal 2- honey bunches of Oats cereal dry (1cup or so) with little honey (i still get hypo at this time if not enough sugar in my system). 40g whey

meal3- tuna w/2 slices or bread, or oatmeal (1 serv)

meal4- (preworkout) 1 serv of walnuts or almonds. 30g whey

meal5- (post workout) shoot 10ius slin. 100g Ultrafuel, 50g whey, 10g BCAA

meal6- gainer shake. approx 110c/40p/10f

meal7- chicken breast with noodles, and olive oil.

I didn't give a lot of serving sizes, but they are all reasonable. Any suggestions??? should I eat more, less, eat other things or what? Thanks for all the imput.
 
It seems like a majority of your protein comes from whey. There's only two whole food protein sources in your 7 meal layout. I'm not sure how insulin works but I always thought whole foods were preferable over protein powders
 
i eat a lot of eggs and roast beef as well. I just didn't put that in there.Im getting about 250-300g pro a day. BTW I will try to shift most of my fats to the end of the day. Thx for the suggestion.
