Bulking over summer while staying lean??

Hey guys, was trying to cut and dropped a fair amount of weight, along w/muscle. Now a couple months ago decided to bulk up again. I'm currently at about 241lbs and prob. 11-13% bf. My strenght and everythign has went up, also am doing superdrol and maybe add another oral later. If I just keep my diet fairly clean and do cardio say maybe 2-3x per wk for 15-30min would that be enough to keep me lean and still make decent gains muscle wise??
After summer, I won't worry so much about staying lean on bulk, just wanna stay looking good for the ladies. :D

if you lost weight and muscle then you did it all wrong. should have hired me first. :D (shamelss plug)

spending money on drugs before learning how to eat/train/supp first is a waste of money but it seems to be the norm now-a-days.

ok PB.... i know...guess I shouldve listened...was just short of $$. Like I said a wk or so ago, I will be earning more this summer cuz i'll have more hrs. so we'll prob. talk buisness soon enough. Then we'll c how much muscle I gain :D

Definitely pay attention to diet, diet is the key to staying lean. I posted up a nice little lean mass diet in the diet forum, which should have you gaining lean mass with little to no fat gain. Do a search for it. Also, incorporating a little cardio into a bulker is fine, just make sure you are doing the correct cardio for your needs and are not doing enough to inhibit gains.

Well...my diet is pretty good i'd say. I have been gaining fairly lean mass. Just i'm kinda stalled right now at 241lbs seems like its hard to force much more food down. Since i'm eating clean, it takes a hell of a lot of food to get me over the 240lb mark. So not sure how i'm going to do that on a super clean diet. Just keep force feeding??

Up the calories slowly until you start to gain again, just don't go overboard.

what i'm saying is i'm having a hard time eating the calories i'm eating now.(get full).Unless i start eating around 9pm too. Seems like i'm eating all the time the way it is.

Up the calories on a per meal basis..... don't eat them all at once or you will get too full. Try adding 50 - 100 calories extra per meal (just an example add what you need to get you gaining again) throughout the day. A small number of calories such as this shouldn't make you feel too much different from meal to meal.

bought the 1t and nolva in january, SO.... spend $108 on superdrol. So a bit over half the fee. WOuld be nice if u did it in $100 incriments.... anyways...i'm getting things back on track financially, so should have some extra funny $$. Just pisses me off, have to pay so much for groceries, then saved up to get that digi camera, which set me back more then the gear did, then my car broke down, etc. Always something I don't figure on spending $$ on. But now that i have a digi cam. and stuff, i'm just that much closer to PMing u saying i finally got my ass in gear and saved up enough $$. :D
 
fat has 9 cals per gram while protein and carbs have 4. theres a start.

you mentioned m1t. it will proly kill your apppetite. stay clean til you figure out how to get enough food in ya. shakes help. id steer away from concentrate whey though as it has a tendoncy to bloat and kill appetite in some as well. i like iso if i drink shakes. costs more but getting big aint cheap. it is expensive and the food bill is the biggest chunk of it.

the reason i dont take installments is cause a couple of guys did that, got their info and i never heard from them again.

im here if you get ready. shit you may figure this stuff out for its over wit anyway. :D
 
what i do is as follows.

from the months of sept- jan or feb i bulk real hard including whole milk (1gallon per day) and the works. MY college has a buffet style 3 meals a day with ice cream\cakes\pizza\cheese burgers\stir fry etc.. so i stik to protein \carbs and go to town and take stuff back to my room, and the other 3 meals i eat what i brought back or i eat what i stocked up from grocery shoppeing.. yeah my abs get thicker, but its good cuase i cna put on lots of weight (which is hard for an ecto liek myself)


My cardio is 1-3 times a week brazillian jusjistu, if i dont train i dont do cardio and i just bulk more :-)
GOtta make sure to take in 2grams of protein per lbs of bodyweight weather through shakes or through food.


Durring this summer i have been "clean" bulking which basiclaly i stick to cleaner foods with less treats :-0
BUt hey its been working all summer and i am the strongest i have been (thanks to a nice and basic pullinbig routine) and i even look leaner now. SOme poeple like to do lots of cardio and get shredded durring the summer "lets put it this way i have goals and i am not even close so i gotta keep bulking till i feel satisfied"

Hahha, yup. I agree. :rolleyes:

There are too many posers today wanting to be a bodybuilder right away, and they wonder why they only look better while on.

Hey...i've been totally nat. for 5 frikken yrs. I tried m1t ONCE, then a SHORT superdrol cycle and was gonna add m1t at the end. Its not like I'm totally clueless about whats going on...just like to learn more...from all i've read, i'd say I stick to a hellavalot better diet then 95% of the people out there. Don't think i'm some big juicer sticking himself all the time and have no clue whats going on :shoot2:
