Hey guys, was trying to cut and dropped a fair amount of weight, along w/muscle. Now a couple months ago decided to bulk up again. I'm currently at about 241lbs and prob. 11-13% bf. My strenght and everythign has went up, also am doing superdrol and maybe add another oral later. If I just keep my diet fairly clean and do cardio say maybe 2-3x per wk for 15-30min would that be enough to keep me lean and still make decent gains muscle wise??
After summer, I won't worry so much about staying lean on bulk, just wanna stay looking good for the ladies.
