Cables vs. DB's

ive been wondering this....is cables lateral and front raises or Db lateral and front raises better for muscle growth for your delts? need some input guys thanks

Upright rows, barbell, and seated or standing shoulder press, dumbbell or barbell,,dumbbell flues for rear delts, I rarely use cables for anything

Big barbell guy, dumbbells second, but cables don't really feel like I'm building, just pumping maybe toning, just my input tho, can't beat free weights

For me between DB and Cable I go with DB, however wide grip & close grip military presses is my ultimate fav for delts..

I used to love military presses and DB shoulder presses, but now im limited to mass shoulder workouts, because im recovering from my shoulder impingement/labrum tear surgery back in january,my shoulder still is not cordianted or gotten its strength back from that, and i dont know how long it will take to get my strength back in it,they only options i have now is using the shoulder press machine, upright rows and db lateral and front raises

I love dbs. That's all I used for the past month. Then the other day I used a barbel to see what I could do and I did 385 which is awesome for me. My bench has been super weak. But I have been hitting the dbs hard us fuck and my bench went up like crazy. I like to switch and use cables for shoulders. I like shocking the body. Feels great!

Overhead Press and TYI's supersetted with band pullaparts are all I do for delts. They keep them healthy and strong.
