Calf season is here! Just wonder what ur favourite calf programs look like. Personally, I like to train them 'til I cry in the gym, and after do whatever I can to keep the pump up most of the day. Works for me.

Would be fun to hear what others do though.

Anyways, for me, the 4 minute routine works, sort of. But the damn calves heals up to damn quick, and I just cant let that kind of behavior go. So what I do is, I try to keep the pump up whenever I can, and train them twice on the legs day (in the morning and after work).
And between that, I just do normal one legged heel raises until it hurts again. Theres plenty of chances for it. Could be done pretty much anywhere, at anytime.
But I always had big calves though, even when I wasnt working out. Guess its different for everyone, as the article states.
