can alcohol cause permanent low test levels?

The only cause I can.come up.with for.my low test levels is that about about for most of the summer I was off and.had.been excessively drinking.for.three.months straight like 4 to 5 drinks every other day.
Since then I ve checked my t levels and they were low normal range. Usually I expected around 500
But it was below that.

I stopped a few weeks ago end of sept-- do you think that my test levels will recover or is it.permanantly damaged.?

First, I have never heard that the effect of alcohol is permanent. Having said that, in my case, significantly restricting my alcholol intake (I drink beer on my cheat day) is not a stand alone decision, but part of a lifestyle choice. My point is, just quitting alcohol and making no other changes may not impact T levels that much, however, limiting all intoxicants, eating clean and being fit etc., will likely help reverse the the impact of previous poor habits and raise T levels.

i can say this from experence my t was 350 if i don't drink, but the day after 6 to 7 jim beams it was 250

I doubt it's permanent. That said don't expect your body to recover overnight you spend months abusing the crap out of it.
 
I was wondering about alcohol's impact as well. I know for a fact it's a ton of empty calories at the very least. I have cut alcohol to weekends only with a 3 drink max (a considerable reduction). For me it was nearly a 500 calorie reduction daily Sunday through Thursday.
